x-factor	Ventress is a extremely well trained Sith. She has slayed multiple Jedi, including Jedi masters. She is quit strong in the Force. She is not extremely intellgient, but given her kills of Jedi she is clearly quit intelligent, and seems to be getting smarter. She is very experienced, and trained from birth. She is very arrogant, but seems to be getting less arrogant. She seems to be maturing. She is a practitioner of Makashi, a form of lightsaber combat that revolves around precise movements and making openings in your opponents defense. Her disadvantage against War Machine is that, Makashi was meant for dueling, it was not effective against projectile weapons. Meaning that War Machine would be in a position to make good use of his weapons. Where as if he was going up against a Soresu practitioner his weapons would be basically useless. However any skilled lightsaber fighter, who has super human senses or reflexs, (in this case the Force) would be able to block projectiles with ease. It is that Makashi would really only be able to block 5/20 at once. Meaning that if War Machine kept up the pressure, he could quit easily get through her defense. Ventress would have to block the bullets and dodge the missles at once instead of blocking and cutting them. Her other big disadvantage is that, bullets will be mealted by the saber rather then be bounced back, .

His armor is one of the most powerful armors in fiction. Able to with stand massive punishment. He is highly intelligent. His advantages are listed in Ventresses x-factor box. His disadvantage is that, Ventress would be able to Force choke him and block everything he throws at her. Also the lightsaber. Plus the fact that Ventress has two sabers increasing her ability to block more things at once.
