In the lower district of DFederal, a large building is nestled against the large wall surrounding the autonomous state of New Latveria. A closer look would show that the building, whose neon signs proclaim it the “Iceberg Lounge,” actually goes through the wall, its slightly offset entrance mirrored on the other side. Each door has a bright poster, proclaiming a “Grand Reopen after remodeling (not because of Bruce this time),” and the raucous noise within shows that warriors from both sides of the wall are taking advantage of it.
