The Allies and Axis Powers duked it out all the way back in World War 2 and ultimately, The Allies proved victorious. But as the years went on, technology grew all the more advanced. What would ultimately go down if two cybernetic super soldiers, one from The United States and the other from Nazi Germany, threw down in a battle to prove which nation has the superior technology and power?
Rudol von Stroheim, The Nazi Major turned vampire killing cyborg.
Frank Horrigan, The Enclave's Greatest Soldier to have ever graced the wastelands.

Background:[]
Little is known about Rudol Von Stroheim's past life but what is known is that he rose up to the ranks to become Major of the Nazi Army who was sent out to Mexico to oversee the operation of a paranormal creature that the army had captured, Santana, a humanoid creature that was part of an inhuman race known as The Pillar Men.
It was here that Stroheim would meet Joseph Joestar and during their experiments and testing, Satana broke free and easily trounced any soldiers who tried to attack him. Joseph and Stroheim would battle against the Pillar Man and it was here that Stroheim gave his own life to destroy Santana by blowing both him and the Pillar Man up with a grenade.
However, this wouldn't be the end of Von Stroheim has he would be revived and his body would be given several cybernetic augmentations. It was here that Stroheim would aid Joseph in his quest to defeat the remaining Pillar Men.
After the defeat of Kars, Stroheim would return to serving Nazi Germany and would die heroically in the Battle of Stalingrad.
Powers/Abilities:[]
- Cybernetic Body: After Stroheim's body was blown up, he was revived as a Cyborg with incredible abilities. Such as superhuman physicality, near-unlimited stamina, and superb weaponry. It also gives Stroheim the ability to contort/twist his body as well as having a bionic eye and being able to launch his own hands to pin enemies.
- Superhuman Strength: The cybernetic enhancements gave Stroheim immense superhuman strength, said to be twice as strong as Santana's as his crushing strength is around 1950 kg/cm^2 (27,375 psi) and was able to fight on par with other Pillar Men such as Kars.
- Superhuman Durability/Stamina: Stroheim's strongest aspects regarding his cybernetic body is his impressive durability and stamina as he was able to survive being sliced in half and still managed to keep on going despite being reduced to a torso.
Weaponry:[]
- Stielhandgranate: A German Stick Grenade that Stroheim used on himself in order to destroy Santana although, Stroheim could simply throw the said weapon.
- Abdominal Machine Gun: A machine gun built into Stroheim's stomach that is capable of firing 00 armored bullets per minute, capable of piercing a 30-millimeter steel plate.
- Mechanical Eye: As one of the features to his new cybernetic body, Stroheim has a mechanical eye that increases his vision, can zoom up to closely observe targets to a point where he can see their internal structure, as well as being able to fire a concentrated ultraviolet beam from his eye.
- Mechanical Hands: Another feature of Stroheim's cybernetic body is that he is able to launch his own hands, which as stated before, has an immensely powerful grip force as they were able to pin Kars onto a falling plane into a volcano.
- Ultraviolet Shoulder Canons: Stroheim also has access to two twin-ultraviolet floodlights mounted on each shoulder that are specifically meant for any Vampiric foe. They are able to generate powerful beams of ultraviolet light that should hold more power than his mechanical eye.
- Various Firearms: Stroheim also has access to various other firearms that are built inside of his body, ranging from SMGs, Machine Guns, and even an RPG.
Weaknesses:[]
- Arrogance: Stroheim can be immensely cocky at times as he takes great pride in German Technology and as such, his pridefulness could likely be taken advantage of by smarter foes.
- UV Lights: A glaring flaw in Stroheim's UV Light attacks is that they are only effective against any Vampiric creature.
Frank Horrigan[]
"You've gotten a lot farther than you should have. But then, you haven't met Frank Horrigan either. Your ride's over, mutie. Time to die."
Background:[]
Born in 2211, Frank Horrigan was born into the world for only one purpose and that was to serve The United States of America, which was under the reign of The Enclave.
While Horrigan had a rather low-intellect, he showed immensely loyalty to The Enclave as he was promoted to the Presidential Secret Service during his twenties. However, his career was short there as Frank had many severe mental health problems that would ultimately lead him to be transferred to wasteland-based operations in 2236.
Horrigan would become part of several assault squads who carried out the task of capturing any wastelander they found to use as slave labor in the excavation of the Mariposa Military Base. When Excavations started in September, Slaves and Construction crews would dig into the collapsed base, removing several tons of rock. However, constructions also lead to the unearthing of low levels F.E.V that was released after the base self-destructed. Mutations began to occur and unfortunately for Frank, he was exposed to the virus as well. However, The Enclave saw great interest in this and hauled Frank's body to the Enclave Oil Rig for research.
For two straight years, Frank's body was subjected to many operations and experiments as he was kept under heavy sedation. It was here that Frank's whole body began to mutate with his physicality increasing and his already broken mind becoming all the more unstable. Frank would ultimately turn into a hulking abomination that was deemed a unique-genetically enhanced super mutant.
By January 2239, Frank's body was no longer eligible for any further tests as it was then suggested that he should be used for field operations again, deployed against any local populations in the wasteland. Given his already immense loyalty to the Enclave and low intellect, Frank would see the light of day once again but in a different form.
On the 27th of March that year, Frank was given a custom-manufactured set of Power Armor that was tailormade to fit his hulking physique. This set of armor would practically be grafted onto Frank's body as it granted him fantastic physical abilities as well as constantly pumping his body with drugs and other forms of stabilizing units. It was here that Frank would go under several field tests that ended in horrific success as he would become one of The Enclave's greatest superweapons.
Horrigan would be deployed for any mission that The Enclave would deem to be a true threat with Horrigan making sure that any threat was extinguished for good. All of his missions ending in bloody success.
However, in 2242, Horrigan would meet his end against The Chosen of The Arroyo Tribe where The Tribal would invade The Enclave Oil Rig and trigger a meltdown by destroying the main computers. However, Frank blocked the exit and would lead to a grueling fight. However, against all odds, The Chosen One managed to defeat Horrigan but even then, Frank still clung onto what little life he had and mock the Chosen One, saying that he triggered the self-destruct.
Frank would ultimately recite his oath before giving in to his injuries and dying and it's here that the terrifying tale of Frank Horrigan comes to a close.
Powers/Abilities:[]
- Cybernetic Enhancements: Thanks to the power-armor grafted onto his body, Frank would be given several cybernetic enhancements that would boost his physicality and give him interesting abilities such as Arm-Control Mechanisms, Bionic Eyes, and Leg Rotators.
- Superhuman Strength: Frank is considered to be the strongest creature to grace the wasteland, as he's able to kill Deathclaws with a single strike and tear through Power Armor as if it was made out of paper. Given his immense strength and enhancements, he's easily stronger than any other regular Super Mutant
- Superhuman Durability: The Armor that Frank is given allows Horrigan to practically survive anything that's thrown at him. Frank has been seen laughing off plasma fire as well as being able to survive gunfire, laser fire that is powerful enough to melt heat-resistant metal, rockets, frag grenade explosions, you name it. He was even able to survive being blown in half, being able to make a coherent speech before ultimately dying as well.
Weaponry:[]
- Custom-Manufactured Power Armor: A large set of custom-made power armor that was specifically meant to contain Frank's body, as it provided him with great defense and strength. It should likely be stronger than other forms of Power Armor in Fallout such as the T-51b Armor or the Power Armor MK II.
- Arm-Mounted Melee Socket: A large knife mounted onto Frank's left arm that weighs around one pound. This knife is capable of inflicting heavy damage on any foe, even when they are cladded in Power Armor.
- Arm-Mounted Plasma Cannon: A large plasma cannon that is mounted on Frank's right arm. The Cannon is fueled by microfusion cells and can hold fifty shots. This weapon can easily be reloaded and can inflict heavy damage on armor cladded foes.
- Microfusion Reactor: A reactor built inside of Frank's armor as it supplies him with infinite ammunition for his Plasma Canon, as well as powering his armor and increasing his stamina tenfold.
Weaknesses:[]
- Insanity: One of Frank's most crucial flaws is his insanity as even before his mutation, he had a whole slew of mental health issues that got all the more worse with his mutations.
- F.E.V Reliance: Another flaw is that Frank is seemingly fueled by the many drugs pumped into his system and if cut from this, he would die.
X-Factors[]
Strength: Von Stroheim=65/Frank=70
The cybernetic enhancements are given to both Frank and Stroheim granted them great strength. While it's true that Stroheim's strength is nothing to scoff at as he was stated to be twice as strong as Santana, it should be noted that Santana is the weakest of the Pillar Men and not only that but there's also the fact that while Stroheim has shown to give Kars a hard time, he lost due to Kars immensely superior strength and tactics.
Frank, on the other hand, has been shown to easily kill bullet/explosion level Deathclaws and rip through Power Armor that is durable enough to withstand a slew of laser fire. It was even stated that The Chosen One had a 15% chance of beating Horrigan.
Durability: Von Stroheim=80/Frank=75
Durability was seemingly close as both Frank and Stroheim have been able to survive being blown in half and still function. Although, Stroheim should have the edge given how while Frank succumbed to his injuries, Stroheim was still able to live without the need of the lower half of his body.
Brutality: Von Stroheim=90/Frank=90
Both Frank and Stroheim are immensely sadistic and it definitely shows. Stroheim massacred a group of civilians when a child tried to beg for mercy as well as letting a village of civilians being murdered by Santana. Frank, meanwhile, is just as brutal as he murdered a whole family when they refused to comply as well as slaughtering an entire vault of intelligent Dethclaws without any form of remorse whatsoever.
All and all, we got a plethora of psychos on our hands.
Weaponry: Von Stroheim=60/Frank=90
Frank and Stroheim have some impressive weapons in their arsenals but ultimately, the problem with Stroheim's is that some of his weapons (UV Light-based weapons) are meant for Vampiric enemies, which would be useless against non-vampire foes.
Another issue is that while Stroheim may have a larger abundance of weapons, they sadly wouldn't do much to damage Frank as his armor would protect him along with the fact that his weapons can likely give Stroheim some hefty damage given how while he can survive immense damage, his body would still break apart as a result.

The fight will take place on The Enclave Oil Rig where The Nazis are currently invading it to find out any hidden secrets of the US.

Battle[]
The Enclave Oil Rig...
Alarms flashed bright red and screeching sirens were blaring throughout the Enclave Oil Rig, alongside the loud footsteps of metallic boots striking the steel ground.
It was clear that the Enclave's greatest base was under attack but from what you may ask? Well, as it turned out, The SS had managed to break into the Oil Rig in hopes of obtaining any information from the organization. But of course, they had a ton of armored American grunts to mow through in order to get what they wanted.
A plethora of armed Enclave soldiers made their way through a large hallway while on the other end of a group of armed SS Members was currently taking aim at the approaching soldiers before firing at the approaching troopers.
Gunshots could also be heard throughout the base as Enclave Soldiers fought off the members of the invading SS as the firefight seemed dead even.
However, it wasn't long before a loud noise began to echo throughout the metal walls of the Oil Rig.
STOMP.
STOMP.
STOMP.
The Enclave realized what was going on as they all stepped aside while SS members were confused to what was going on. However, it wasn't long before a pair of red eyes illuminated from the dark end of the hallway as a towering twelve foot-tall behemoth of a man came marching into their sights, cladded in a set of dark green armor. Al of the SS Members' eyes widened with horror upon seeing this hulking brute standing before them, glaring into their souls with those lifeless red lenses.
"Nazi Scum... You bastards have some guts breaking in here so why don't you allow me to rip them out for you." Frank Horrigan growled, cracking his knuckles. Despite fear overtaking them, The SS refused to lose the battle as the soldiers kept firing no matter what. Sadly for the platoon of soldiers, the gunfire merely ricocheted off of the metal frame of Horrigan's armor as he was more annoyed rather than harmed by the gunfire. Horrigan immediately dashed forward, at speeds that were incredible for a brute his size as he grabbed onto the heads of one of the attacking SS Trooper before crushing it with a tight grip.
The many Nazi troops all gasped with horror as Frank effortlessly tossed the now headless carcass aside as if it were a mere piece of trash with his soulless red eyes still fixated on the platoon of terrified SS members.
"Nein! Nein! It's not working, the bullets merely bounce off of that armor!" One soldier cried out loud.
"This is the end for us!" Another SS member wailed. But just as it seemed as their mission would come to a horrific bloody end, a loud booming was heard from behind the troop.
"Step aside men, this is MY fight!" The voice rang out as a new fighter had entered the battlefield. Marching in with a big stream of confidence was a six-foot tall man with a blonde-flat top and blue eyes, dressed traditional Nazi military clothing with a cybernetic monocle covering his right eye.
"So, this is the Enclave's greatest weapon, hm? Well, what could I have expected other than a dumpster with legs! HAHAHAA!" laughed Rudol Von Stroheim while on the other end, Frank clenched both his fists from the absolute nerve on this man for openly mocking him.
"You have a lot of gall talking to one The United State's greatest achievements in evolution, as far as I know, you're nothing compared to me..." Frank growled while Stroheim merely smirked before entering another fit of laughter.
"BRRRRRRAHAHAHAHAAAA! Oh, don't make me laugh! For you see, I am the true pinnacle of German Science and there's little to compare for we are the greatest in the world!" Stroheim laughed once more before extending his right arm in the air, performing his fatherland's salute. Frank's eyes narrowed from beneath his mask as raised his left arm, a large knife extend forward as a result.
"I don't have time for this. Allow me to make your death a quick one..." Horrigan growled before barrelling at Stroheim at speeds that were surprisingly high for a giant his size. This turn, however, cued Stroheim to make his own move as he ripped open his jacket as a large machine gun extended right out of his abdomen in the process as the Nazi Colonel continued laughing like a hyena.
"FOOLISH AMERICAN, DIDN'T YOU HEAR WHAT I SAID!? GERMAN SCIENCE IS ZA GREATEST IN ZA WORLD!!!" Stroheim screamed at the top of his lungs before a barrage of gunfire was sent Horrigan's way as the fire-fight between both The Enclave and The SS continued. Thanks to immensely durable armor Frank bore, the bullets didn't little to impede the hulking behemoth as he lunged forward while extending his knife, in hopes of skewering the colonel's head. Stroheim, however, saw this attack coming from a mile away as he immediately stepped back while the knife was stabbed right into the metal ground beneath him. Frank growled with anger before feeling Stroheim's boot slam right against his face, striking with enough force to make the twelve-foot giant stumble back. A big toothy grin formed on Stroheim's face as he continued to gun down Horrigan with streams of hot lead.
"BRRRRRRRRAAHAHAHAHAAA! FEEL THE FULL FRONTAL WRATH OF PURE GERMAN PERFECTION!" Stroheim cackled while Frank growled with a mixture of anger and annoyance before withdrawing his wrist-mounted plasma canon and began to fire. Thanks to the superior fire-power that the plasma canon held, Stroheim was easily knocked back when he was struck right in the chest with a plasma shot. This resulted in Stroheim being thrown right into a wall while Frank turned the tables by pelting him with a barrage of plasma fire. However, this did not deter the nazi colonel, as he managed to spring forward with a burst of energy while extending his hand forward. Much to Frank's surprise, Stroheim's hand came flying right off of his arm before grabbing a hold of the mutant cyborg's neck.
Frank, somehow struggled to breathe as Stroheim's metallic hand clamped down onto his neck as the cybernetic nazi colonel proceeded to spring forward, slamming a fist right into the giant's abdomen. The mutant cyborg stumbled backwards before retaliating by grabbing Stroheim with his right arm while he used his other to yank off his hand and crush it with ease. The Enclave's Weapon proceeded to lift the Nazi right off the ground before viciously slamming him around as Stroheim's body was throttled about like a ragdoll. Rudol did his best to break free from Horrigan's grip as he proceeded to launch a concentrated blast of light right from his eye, striking Horrigan square in the face. The attack managed to knock Horrigan backward, temporarily blinding him while Stroheim broke free from the super mutant's grasp.
"HA! You may have taken my hand but I'll still be able to tear you down bit by bit!" Stroheim announced, striking another boot into Horrigan's stomach. The Mutant Cyborg managed to recover from the blow as he let loose a low growl of annoyance before retaliating with a shoulder check that launched the cyborg up into the air as he continued his assault with his knife aiming for his chest. However, despite being airborne, Stroheim quickly grabbed onto Frank's wrist before pulling himself forward to unleash a swift blow to the face of the mutant cyborg. This provided The colonel to flip backwards with the giant stunned once more before two submachineguns appeared from his shoulder with all three of his guns hailing a great stream of bullets onto the mutant cyborg. Much like last time, these attacks merely irritated Frank as he proceeded to charge forward at speeds similar to an enraged bull.
"NAZI BASTARD!" Frank boomed before bull-rushing the Nazi colonel as both their bodies came slamming right through a near steel wall with relative ease. Stroheim's body struck the floor with an audible thud before swiftly evading being crushed beneath the mutant's boot. Frank began to unleash a barrage of plasma fire once more, this time it managed to strike Stroheim with each blast overwhelming the SS Major in the process. However, despite the hefty damage inflicted on him, Stroheim refused to give in as an RPG sprouted from his shoulder while his lips cracked into a sadistic grin.
"TRY THIS ONE OUT FOR SIZE!" Stroheim said with a sadistic cackle before firing at the large mutant. But rather than jumping out of the way to safety, Frank managed to snag the rocket right out of the air with one of his bare hands before he giving out a low devilish chuckle.
"Not so fast..." Horrigan laughed before easily crushing the rocket into a useless hunk of metal. Stroheim's eyes widened with a mixture of shock and horror before Frank lurched forward, stabbing his wrist-mounted knife right into his arm resulting in the Nazi colonel's arm being completely torn off. However, even when losing an arm, the major was still standing as he refused to let this American brute to take his life. Rudol acted quickly by pulling out a Stielhandgranate and proceeded to look Horrigan dead in the eye.
"I WON'T FALL THAT EASILY, AMERICAN!" Stroheim yelled, popping off the security lid and pulling the knob with his own teeth. Stroheim proceeded to reel his body backwards before tossing the stick grenade right into Frank's direction. The grenade went off in a violent explosion that engulfed the giant as Stroheim smirked with glee, hoping that would be the end of Horrigan. Sadly though, emerging from the smoke was a large green hand that snatched Stroheim by the neck before he could land on the ground. Horrigan proceeded to pull him in, watching the Nazi struggle to break free from his grip, taking immense joy in the SS Leader's suffering.
"HAHAHAHA! You are an idiot if you that was going to kill me. Might as well have a good laugh before killing you." Horrigan laughed, his grip around Stroheim's neck growing tighter and tighter before, with one mighty tug, Stroheim's head was ripped right off of his neck before being crushed like a grape in the hands of the cybernetically enhanced mutant. Stroheim's decapitated struck the floor as Frank looked down at it, showing a complete lack of empathy or remorse for the man he had killed, going so far as to unapologetically kick it against the wall. The Mutant Cyborg cracked his own neck, letting out a low sigh of content having killed the Colonel in cold blood.
"Let this be a lesson to all those who try to double-cross the Enclave," Horrigan growled before turning his back on the headless corpse of Stroheim, returning to the firefight between his squad and the SS.
"Anyone who dares defy us gets crushed. Hope your men realize this soon..."

Final Verdict[]
Stroheim was a powerful fighter and definitely had a few key advantages in the fight ranging from superior agility, better survivability since he's survived being cleaved in half and was still conscious, and more weapon variety with his numerous trinkets that could help him in a pinch.
Sadly for Stroheim, Frank crushed him in strength and durability alone. To make matters worse, Frank's armor was nigh impenetrable and his Plasma cannon was on infinite fuel source thanks to the Microfusion reactor built inside of his body. With all that being said, Frank Horrigan proves that German Science isn't as great as what Stroheim made it up to be.
