Who is deadliest?

Lich King

The entity known as the Lich King is actually a fusion of the orc warlock Ner'zhul, and the human paladin turned death knight, Arthas Menethil. Ner'zhul, a servant of the powerful demon Kil'jaeden, was a major leader of the Orcish Horde during the orc invasion of the world of Azeroth. Near the end of the Second War between the Horde and the Alliance of Azeroth, Ner'zhul set about building portals to other worlds, madly hoping to lead a mass invasion through these portals. His plans were interrupted by a reprisal by the Alliance, disrupting the portals and causing them to rip apart the orc homeworld of Draenor. Ner'zhul narrowly escaped through one of his portals, ending up on the Legion's homeworld.

Here, Kil'jaeden punished Ner'zhul severely for his failure, destroying his physical body and torturing his soul. Eventually, Kil'jaeden decided to give Ner'zhul another chance. Binding Ner'zhul's soul to a mystical suit of armor, which he imprisoned in a block of ice, Kil'jaeden dispatched the warlock to Azeroth, where he landed in the frozen land of Northrend. Here, Ner'zhul discovered he possessed untold mental powers, as well as the ability to use a magic plague to rise creatures from the dead as his personal army. Thus was the first Lich King born, beginning his quest to replace all life on Azeroth with his undead minions.

Weapons

Frostmourne: The cursed sword that has the ability to drain life from its victims — and to drain the soul of anyone whom it connects to. The Lich King is capable of seeing through the eyes and hearing through the ears of anyone who wields Frostmourne; this ability cannot be stopped by any mortal means. Frostmourne can hit incorporeal and intangible enemies as if they were corporeal, can make opponents bleed and loose stamina and take damage over time, and is effective against good-hearted people. When the Lich King unleashes the true power of Frostmourne, it instantly drains the souls of all enemies around him and seals them off inside of the blade with no hopes of resurrection or escape.

Helm of Domination and Plate of the Damned: Armor that was crafted by the Nathrezim , both to hold the spirit of Ner'zhul and grant him his Lich King powers. The helm, which helps command undead and others, plus the Plate of the Damned, which makes the wearer nearly invulnerable, were bonded to Ner'zhul's spirit and locked within the Frozen Throne. If the current Lich King is still alive when attempting to wear the crown, it will unleash a surge of power to deny the wearer, killing most mortals.

Runes: Even after becoming the Lich King, Arthas still retained many of his death knight powers, and even more, giving him skills in unholy, blood, and frost magic. Instead of utilizing rage, energy or mana for combat resources, a death knight like Arthras uses a system of runes and runic power, which is generated by using runes. After a rune is used, it enters a ten-second 'cooldown' period before it can be used again and runic power decays over time when out of combat.

Powers and Abilities

Ice Manipulation: The Lich King can encase an enemy in a block of ice, rendering them unable to act. Or create a remorseless winter (compelte with blizzards and howling winds) that freezes enemies to their bones causing them to take damage until they've fled from the storm.

Summoning Powers: The Lich King summons several undead servants in order to do his bidding. Most of these are ghouls that he can control to attack and defend.

Necrotic Plague: Arthas infects a foe with a deadly plague, causing continuous harm to the infected enemy. Should the target of the plague die while still infected, the disease will transfer to the next closest enemy or ally of the Lich King, becoming more potent in the process. The Lich King feels his strength grow with each new creature afflicted by Necrotic Plague. As the number of infected increases, so does the power of the Lich King.

Infest: Arthas unleashes a blast of shadow energies in all directions, striking nearby enemies and infecting them with a virulent disease. Targets of the Lich King's insidious magic will suffer increasing amounts of damage from the sickness unless they are capable of quickly restoring their diminished health.

Dark Magic: Arthas fires multiple beams of dark energy from his runeblade at any foe standing in front of him, dealing damage and causing them to take additional damage over time. Arthas can strike the enemy with Frostmourne, afflicting them with his dark magic. While an enemy is afflicted by Soul Reaper, Arthas' speed is be doubled.

Soul Manipulation: The Lich King rips out a piece of the foe's spirit, causing it to attack them. These phantoms lash out at their former selves by unleashing deafening soul shrieks that silence the Lich King's enemies. He can also harvest souls of all nearby enemies, telekinetically lifting them off the ground and dealing shadow damage to them by channeling the power of Frostmourne. If a target is still alive after the channel is completed, that enemy's soul will be transfered into the runeblade to be devoured. While a soul is inside of the blade it is beset upon by scores of vengeful spirits that try to consume it. When a soul has been fully consumed by Frostmourne the Lich King's power increases fivefold. The effects of this magic multiply with each new soul consumed by the blade.

X-Factors

Ruthless Conqueror: While comprised of Arthas and Ner'zhul, the Lich King was ruthless, cynical and unimaginably cruel. He made no attempt to hide this, even from his own minions, openly regarding them as worthless cannon fodder to be sacrificed in his name. The Lich King also possessed an unending hatred of the living, especially of those who oppose him, and does not hesitate to inflict sadistic punishments upon them. His brutality and ruthlessness is exemplified during his battle with Illidan Stormrage (a city-level demon hunter) and Dranos Saurfang (the bringer of death and considered the most powerful death knight in history).

Tyrant King

The Tyrant King/Queen, also known as the Evil Hero of Brightwall, is the alternate universe version of the protagonist of Fable III, where the player takes the evil path to become the tyrannical ruler of the fictional magical kingdom of Albion. The gender of the character is based on the player's own choosing.

The Evil Hero started as a young prince or princess who was driven by his tyrannical older brother Logan, who was the King of Albion at that time, to stage a revolution after the latter executed his lover in order to "teach" him a lesson. Throughout the journey, he found allies for his cause but became increasingly cruel, merciless, and mischievous as time goes by. In choosing the wrong path, he treated the civilians and subordinates of his realm as mere tools, verbally mistreating them and even forcing some, like the civilians of Understone, to slavery to fuel the revolution. The Evil Hero executed the heads of his oppositions in his bid to take power. Nonetheless, the people of Albion, while fearing him, still regarded him as a hero just like his parent before.

In the end, the Evil Hero finally takes the throne away from Logan after ordering his execution, becoming the King of Albion. Tragically, after learning about the truth that his brother abused his power in order to combat the looming threat of a creature called the Crawler, the King was forced to rule just, or far worse, than his brother did. He continued the production of massive factories, the enslavement of the populace, letting a number of "worthless" communities to rot, and broke several promises to his allies in order to fund and battle this threat. By the end of the game, the Evil Hero successfully defeated the Crawler, at the cost of Albion having a negative reception of his rule.

Weapons

Hammer of Wilmageddon: A rare weapon was forged by the famed blacksmith Henry Geddon under the direction of his wife Wilma, who was said to have magical aptitude. It deals electric shock damage and fire damage, and though generally slower, can deal more damage than a sword.

Bonesmasher: The latest technology has gone into creating this pistol, especially designed to shatter Hollow Men into very small pieces. Although a pistol, it fires shotgun/buckshot ammo and deals additional damage to the undead.

Warrior Suit: A set of plate armor used by warriors in Albion. As uniforms of war, it can be assumed that the armor is capable of surviving hits from melee and potentially even gunpowder weapons. It is unknown how good it is against magic.

Powers and Abilities

Magical Gauntlets: The Tyrant King channels his magic through gauntlets on both of his hands. Different gauntlets meant different effects and attacks. Some can fire balls of fire that deals continuous damage, lightning bolts that stuns and paralyzes opponents, blizzards of sharp ice to slow down enemies, telekinetic push to throw enemies away, floating magical swords that can hone on an enemy and penetrate armor, and gusts of wind that can pick up and hurl enemies around. He can combine two of these gauntlets to perform more powerful magical attacks. These gauntlets can either shoot a concentrated attack at one opponent, or create a shockwave to damage and hurt all opponents.

Magical Potions: The Tyrant King can also use magical potions which create magical effects on himself and the world around him. Health Potions automatically heals any damage done to him. Slow Time Potion makes his reflexes faster than his enemy while slowing down perspective of time. Summon Creatures Potion can summon monsters like man-eating beetles, armed and armored goblin-like hobbes, inangible ghost-like creatures known as shadows, and werewolves called balverines.

Healing Factor: The Tyrant King has a natural heroic healing ability that heals wounds and damages done to him as long as he stays away from taking damage. This allows him to survive almost virtually everything from melee attacks, bullets and powerful magical and void attacks.

Sanctuary: The Tyrant King's headquarters is the Sanctuary, a metaphysical realm that houses all of his weapons and suits. He can quickly teleport to the sanctuary to escape his enemies, as well as use its map function to teleport at selected places he want. Only he and selected people he invites with him can be teleported into the sanctuary.

Will: Like the Heroes before him, the King is gifted with tremendous amount of willpower. Through his willpower he managed to survive walking in the desert while taking care of a blind Walter. His will also allowed him to fight off the magical influence of the Crawler and its attempts in possessing him during their first meeting. His will is so strong in fact, that he doesn't need to replenish his manna to use magic, making his magic limitless to the point that he can spam magic continuously.

Superhuman Physicality: The Tyrant King is faster, stronger, and more durable than even other superhuman-like beings. When faced with foes, the Tyrant King is strong enough to pick them up or hurl them around. He is agile enough to vault off of high cliffs without damage, and leap on an enemy's shoulder to snap his/her neck. His superhuman abilities allow him to fight off balverines (which are large werewolf-like creatures), hollow men (undead knights), colins (hulking robots), and sentinels (large winged figures that can summon shadows and blast dark magic).

X-Factors

Tyrannical but Cunning: As a king, the Tyrant King believes in his divine to rule. He considers his subjects as nothing more than subjects and can do whatever he wants with them. However, his need to rule is often partnered with this sort of sociopathy. He is ready to fight dirty, betray allies, and execute those he deemed will affect his rule. This is most obvious during his war with the tyrannical Logan and subsequently, the Crawler (a powerful eldritch abomination), where he betrayed, enslaved, and destroyed just so he and Albion can have a fighting chance against the abomination.
