Setting[]
The Agency has learned that Anonymous has stolen a computer disk containing all the information of the Agency, and are attempting to post the files online, for all to see. They vow to make the Agency pay for its history of illegal surveillance on the populace, and are angered by other things they find on the disk, things they want to expose more than anything else...
Darien Fawkes and his partner, Bobby Hobbs, are sent to a nearby Internet Cafe to confront one of the Members of Anonymous, who is attempting to download the information onto the net from his private laptop. The disk he has stolen from the Agency Headquarters is a special one, frustrating Anonymous's attempts to learn its full secrets and download them online. They do not know that their man trying to download the disk is being monitored by the Agency, by means of a special computer virus in the disk. When Fawkes and Hobbs appears in the cafe, the Anonymous member spots them, having seen their pictures on their profiles on the disk. He flees...
...And many other members of anonymous wait in the wings, to see the hacking through...
Conditions of Absolute Victory[]
The Agency: Victory achieved if they stop Anonymous from downloading the Agency's complete files online, by either destroying the disk, retrieving the disk, or by other methods.
Anonymous: Victory achieved if they stall the Agency long enough with computer attacks, moving the disk from member to member, and superior numbers, long enough to download all the Agency's files online, for the whole world to bear witness.
