Superhuman Speed | Taskmaster is able to achieve limited super speed, having observed others do so. This still has limitations. Taskmaster can only be as fast as his body can take, and it puts great strain on his body. |
Superhuman Agility/Reflexes | Taskmaster can achieve short periods of superhuman agility and reflexes with his photographic muscle memory, although it puts great strain on his body, and is only as potent as his body can take. |

Some of the people he has observed include Black Widow, Captain America, Daredevil, Deadpool, Elektra, Hawkeye, Iron Fist, Moon Knight, Punisher, Silver Samurai, Shatterstar, Swordsman, Wolverine, and many others. This is not only limited to martial arts, he has also copied their fighting style with weapons, and is able to use their weapons with equal skill. |

Scale
Physical: Average-50, Peak human-75
Mental: Average-50, High-75
Experience: Soldier-50, High-75
- Strength/Durability/Stamina- Deathstroke scores higher than Taskmaster due to his enhanced physical stats. Taskmaster isn't able to reach super strength, durability, or stamina, but has honed his body to become peak human. However, this isn't enough to compete with Deathstroke.
- Speed- While this is more even, Deathstroke still managed to score higher than Taskmaster. Deathstroke's speed is boosted by his enhancements, making him faster than Taskmaster, who must achieve super speed by pushing his body past its limits with his photographic muscle memory, putting great strain on his body.
- Agility- This resulted in a tie. This is because while Deathstroke is enhanced, he really hasn't shown agility that is great in nature, although still being superhuman. Taskmaster could achieve the same through his photographic muscle memory, albeit putting strain on his body.
- Intellect- Deathstroke won easily in this section. He has a genius level intellect, and is able to process information nine times faster than a normal human, observing and calculating at high speeds. While Taskmaster isn't stupid, his intelligence is only around average.
- Skill- Taskmaster managed to win this section, due to his photographic muscle memory. Having copied many heroes and villains in the Marvel Universe, he has mastered all of their fighting skill. Deathstroke is still very good, and a master in many forms of fighting, but Taskmaster is simply better with his wide array of copied skills.
- Experience- This section goes to Deathstroke. Deathstroke started off in the army, showing skill greater than the other soldiers. After gaining his enhancements and leaving the army, Deathstroke became an assassin for hire. Throughout his career, he came to blows with the Teen Titans, Bat-family, Justice League, and other heroes on more than one occassion. Taskmaster on the other hand, simply started out as a mercenary after discovering his powers, and also fought heroes throughout his career. However, Deathstroke just has a longer career, and more experience than Taskmaster.
