Bio: SHIELD is an organization working for the U.S government. Led by Nick Fury, they deal regularly with superheroes and other incidents. Their main base of operations, the Helicarrier, is usually found high in the sky, due to it being an airship/flying aircraft carrier. It is one of the major supporters of the Avengers.

Bio:A major player in the world market, Umbrella was formed in 1968 by Lord Oswell E. Spencer and several other scientists. Among the companies first achievements was discovering the Progenitor virus, which led to the T-Virus creation. Over time, the company perfected the T-Virus and began testing it in a mansion, with Albert Wesker leading a S.T.A.R.S team into a trap to gain "battle data". However, one lone S.T.A.R.S member succeeded in killing the Tyrant, a super mutated creature, and Wesker was seemingly killed as the virus spread to Raccoon city, with the incident destroying Umbrella's reputation and sending it to bankruptcy.

Expert Arguments[]
Argument for Umbrella (by Utter Noob): Umbrella corp has this. They have faced tougher opponents then S.H.I.E.L.D before, and have better weapons. The Beretta 92FS has a larger magazine then the glock, the TMP is lighter then the MP5, the M4A1 is lighter and has a greater average rate of fire. The M203 grenade launcher is more accurate then the M67 grenade, and the AA-12 is lighter. The presence of zombies in the battle will throw S.H.I.E.L.D off, they are not expereinced in fighting zombies as much as Umbrella is. Umbrella will just hide in their camoflague until S.H.I.E.L.D gets attacked by zombies, then ambush them. The S.H.I.E.L.D agents will not be able to last long when surrounded by the undead and by Umbrella agents.

It will be 6-vs-6, and set in a Umbrella facility. Beyond zombies, no creatures will appear.
The battle will not include Wesker or Fury beyond possible cameos.
