Geil, the contract killers who gave the Stardust Crusaders a run for their money! Bullets will fly and blood will be shed, but there can only be one answer to the eternal question...

WHO...IS...DEADLIEST???

Intro[]

Susamaru & Yahaba[]

What fun this is!
— Susamaru

Susamaru was once a young girl noted for her carefree attitude and her skill at handball. Everything changed when she caught the attention of Muzan Kibutsuji, the first demon, who turned her into one of his principal assassins and implanted her with a desire to become one of the Twelve Kizuki. Despite the fiercely combative and territorial nature of demons, Susamaru formed a close bond with the demon Yahaba, and the two became close partners, hunting down various targets at Muzan's request and using their powers in sync to pose a unique threat.

Upon the arrival of Tanjiro Kamado in Asakusa, Muzan, disgusted at the appearance of a Demon Slayer, dispatched Susamaru and Yahaba to make an example of him. Tracking him to the home of rogue demon Tamayo and her follower Yushiro, the duo assaulted the house, destroying it and forcing Tanjiro and his demon sister Nezuko to ally themselves with the other demons to survive. After a vicious fight, an impressed Susamaru prepared to battle Nezuko further, but was tricked by Tamayo into uttering Muzan's name out loud, activating the curse placed on her and horrifically killing her. Reduced to a spirit, Susamaru is given one of her mari balls by Tanjiro, who laments that someone so young could be manipulated into darkness before watching her remains disintegrate.

What a grimy little urchin you are.
— Yahaba, to Tanjiro

Little is known about Yahaba's early life prior to Muzan turning him, beyond his obsession with cleanliness and his friendship with Susamaru. Taking the lead during his and Susamaru's tracking of Tanjiro, Yahaba instructs Susamaru to kill everyone as violently as possible before using his powers to guide her temari balls to catch their prey off-guard. Hiding in the trees while Susamaru fights directly, Yahaba is forced out of hiding when he's attacked by Nezuko, and chooses to focus on Tanjiro, with the two having a one on one fight while the rest of the group engages his partner.

While he manages to keep the young Demon Slayer on the defensive, Yahaba fails to anticipate Tanjiro's Water Breathing techniques, giving him the momentum to power through Yahaba's tricks and slice his head off. Angrily cursing Tanjiro for leaving him face down in the dirt, Yahaba unleashes a final desperate attack in hopes of making Muzan proud, but dies regretful after Tanjiro manages to power through it.

Hol Horse & J. Geil[]

I'm down on the daydream/Oh that sleepwalk should be over by now, I know
I'm down on the daydream/Oh that sleepwalk should be over by now, I know
Better to be No.2 than No.1.
— Hol Horse

Hol Horse was one of many hired guns working for DIO during his battle with the Joestar group. Working alongside J. Geil, Hol Horse confronted Jean Pierre Polnareff and after a brief fight, managed to severely wound Muhammud Avdol before hiding while the group was distracted with killing J. Geil. Upon catching up with them, he discovers his partner has died and chooses to flee and live to fight another die. He would later ally himself with the team to fight Enya the Hag, who attempted to kill them all to avenge her son, before faking his own death and stealing their car.

Embittered with his poor treatment at the hands of DIO, Hol Horse attempted to kill the vampire, but is swiftly put into his place by the power of the World. Cowed, he decides to attack the team again, this time with a new partner in the form of Boingo, the younger Oingo brother, and the two bumble their way into nearly killing the Joestars, only for Hol Horse to misinterpret the instructions of Oingo's Stand Tohth and catch his own bullet to the head, putting himself into a coma for the remainder of the series.

My blood runs cold/My memory has just been sold/My angel is the centerfold/Angel is the centerfold
My blood runs cold/My memory has just been sold/My angel is the centerfold/Angel is the centerfold
You really did waste your youth trying to hunt me down... but it looks like you won't succeed! What a pathetic life you've lived!
— J. Geil

J. Geil is the son of Enya the Hag, chief follower of DIO, and one of many killers dispatched to attack the Joestar group in their hunt for DIO. A sadistic predator of women, J. Geil raped and murdered countless women, including Polnareff's sister Sherry, banking on his two right hands to prevent anyone from properly identifying him.

In the modern day, Geil was partnered with Hol Horse to confront the team in Calcutta, leading to a fight in which Avdol was nearly killed. While his reflection-based Stand initially made him difficult to track or counter, Polnareff and Kakyoin were able to work together and destroy it before killing Geil once and for all.

Weapons, Powers, and Abilities[]

Susamaru & Yahaba[]

You should be honored to be killed by me, one of the Twelve Kizuki!
— Susamaru

Weapons:

  • Temari Balls: Susamaru's Blood Demon Art is the ability to summon extremely dense Temari balls that ring like a bell when summoned and thrown. Susamaru is able to summon up to six at a time, which only vanish upon being destroyed.

Powers and Abilities:

  • Superhuman Strength and Durability: Entrusted as one of Muzan's top assassins, Susamaru is far more powerful than the average demon, with speculation that she has likely killed dozens of humans in her time. She could throw a Temari ball with enough force that it could tear off a limb or instantly decapitate someone, and was able to match Nezuko in a game of kickball until Tamayo intervened. Her own power was so great that she merely laughed off losing her arms.
  • Limb Generation: Susamaru can grow four extra arms, enabling her to hold and throw more of her Temari balls. The generation is seemingly instant, as all six grew instantly after losing them to Tanjiro.

How will we kill them? Vindictively of course!
— Yahaba
  • Koketsu Arrows: Yahaba's Blood Demon Art is the manifestation of Koketsu Arrows, vector arrows that enhance his perceptive abilities and force targets in specific directions. They appear as a pair of green eyeballs with red irises and black arrows for pupils on his hands.
    • Tracking: The arrows allow Yahaba to vividly see and track motion of nearby targets, to the point where he could tell their race and weight and see through cloaking spells.
    • Vector Arrows: Red vector arrows appear when Yahaba makes the eyes blink and effect whatever what the eyes are set on, with only demons capable of seeing them. The arrows are persistent, tracking the target until they hit. His favored tactic was to take control of Susamaru's Temari balls and redirect them in mid-air, ambushing foes who don't anticipate the attack. However, the arrows will also disappear if Yahaba's concentration is broken, as he had to dispel them to defend himself from Nezuko.
  • Superhuman Durability: While not as powerful as the Twelve Kizuki, Yahaba is still much stronger than the average demon, able to keep up with Nezuko and survive for several minutes after being decapitated, enabling him to launch one last attack on Tanjiro.

Hol Horse & J. Geil[]

The gun is mightier than the sword! Mmm, such a genius quote!
— Hol Horse

Weapons:

  • Emperor: Hol Horse's Stand is Emperor, a futuristic looking revolver that he can summon directly into his hand. Despite it's straightforward nature, it has a surprise factor in the form of Hol Horse being able to control the bullets due to them being part of the Stand. He can control them with such precision that he was able to move around the blade of Silver Chariot, guide them down a steel pipe, and do an outright u-turn at one point.

Abilities:

  • Adept Improviser: In spite of his general incompetence, Hol Horse is somewhat effective at thinking up plans to save his own ass on the fly. He regularly sets traps, sweet talks his way into surviving, and isn't afraid to backstab his own teammates and switch sides if it means making sure he comes out on top.

Your sister was an absolute darling, Polnareff... once you see her again, be sure to ask how exactly I killed her!
— J. Geil

J. Geil's Stand is Hanged Man, a light-based Stand that exists solely in reflective surfaces but can move from mirror to mirror at the speed of light. Hanged Man attacks by appearing in a reflective surface and attacking the reflection of the target with it's wrist knives, with them taking the damage from the attack in the real world. Despite it's speed and method of attack, Hanged Man does have a clear weakness in the form of it only being able to move between surfaces in a linear direction, making it predictable and give a quick enough Stand the chance to hit it.

X-Factors[]

Susamaru and Yahaba X-Factors Hol Horse and J. Geil
85 Team Experience 40
75 Intelligence 80
100 Brutality 90
85 Teamwork 85

Explanations[]

  • Susamaru and Yahaba have been working together for years, to the point where they very easily understand one another's strength and weaknesses and can very effectively work together to take down foe by mixing their abilities. Hol Horse and J. Geil worked very well during their time together, but it was ultimately a very brief period where they partook in one fight together before splitting up and J. Geil dying.
  • The demonic duo are dragged down primarily by Susamaru, who left the tactics and thinking to her craftier partner in favor of a "shoot-first, ask later" line of thinking. Hol Horse and J. Geil are both clever fighters, expertly using their powers to set traps and outplay stronger combatants, to the point where they nearly succeeded in killing Avdol in their first outing, and only really being brought down by their own arrogance/cowardice.
  • This one is a reversal of sorts of the above X-Factor, as the ruthless, demented J. Geil is weighed down by Hol Horse, who prides himself on his code of honor, especially when it comes to women. Yahaba and Susamaru are demons, creatures who have long forgotten any sense of empathy or kindness in their endless hunt for food and power, and are unflinching in their savagery, going as far as to slaughter a group of drunks at the slightest provocation.
  • Despite their different backgrounds and skill sets, both groups are able to work together well, naturally complementing one another's power sets and easily working on strategies that play to their respective strengths.

Notes[]

  • Voting closes July 26th.
  • It will be set in the city of Asakusa before the events of Demon Slayer and before the J. Geil arc of Stardust Crusaders.
  • Scenario: Following his escape from his coffin, DIO has his operatives seek out specific threats to his rise to power, the most notable being Muzan Kibutsuji, the Demon King. Recognizing the danger he faced, DIO arranges for some of his forces to focus on eliminating Muzan, with Enya dispatching Hol Horse and J. Geil to eliminate him in Asakusa. Getting word of the threat to his life, Muzan sends Susamaru and Yahaba to deal with the would-be assassins.
