With no power and no God, what’s left for a poor little Chinese bitch to rely on? It’s money, of course, and guns.
— Revy

Rebbeca Lee, better known as Revy, is a mercenary in the service of the Lagoon Company. She is best known for her ability to dual wield a pair of modified Beretta 92F Inox pistols, which earned her the nickname of Two-Hands.

Born in the poverty-stricken Chinatown, New York City Revy was raised by an abusive and alcoholic father. After fleeing from her father's drunken rampages, Revy fled but was arrested, beaten and raped by a corrupt cop. Upon returning home she killed her father when he casually asked for a beer. At some point, Revy found herself in the Thai city of Roanapur where she began to work for Dutch and the Lagoon Company. Thanks to her skill she swiftly became the company's spearhead.

Revy possesses a natural skill with her duel pistols and her agility and reflexes allowed her to take on small groups of criminals and trained soldiers. She is also a great street fighter with only Roberta being able to match her. Besides her pair of Beretta 92F Inox, she also made use of grenade launchers, rocket launchers, submachine guns, assault rifles and sniper rifles.

Battle vs. Canaan (by SPARTAN 119)[]

Canaan knelt on the roof of a building in the city of Roanapur, Thailand, SIG 550 sniper rifle in hand. She placed her crosshairs over the head of her target, an extremely dangerous gun-woman known only a Revy.

Canaan squeezed trigger just as Revy moved out of the way, the round striking the ground to her right. Revy took cover behind a vehicle with an open trunk, surrounded by several crates. Revy opened one of the crate, pulling an RPG-7 out of one of the crates.

Revy aimed the rocket launcher in the direction the shot had come from and fired. The rocket blew away the top of the building in a flash of fire and smoke.

"That's what you get for trying to f**k with me!", Revy yelled, clearly assuming her attacker was dead.

But Canaan was not dead. Canaan jumped out of the way of the rocket blast, though her sniper rifle was destroyed in the explosion. Canaan instead got out a Carl Gustav Recoilless Rifle and fired the weapon at car Revy took cover next to.

The car exploded violently, sending flaming pieces of metal everywhere. It was Canaan's turn the mistake her adversary for being dead. A burst of fire from a G3 assault rifle proved other wise, grazing Canaan on the shoulder and knocking the recoilless rifle out of her hand.

Canaan picked up an AKM and returned fire, narrowly missing Revy. The two female mercenaries exchanged fire for a while, rounds flying inches from their respective targets.

At about the same time, Revy and Canaan both ran out of rifle ammo. Revy drew her two Beretta 92 pistols and fired a hail of bullets at Canaan With amazing agility, Canaan jumped off the roof top, hopping onto an awning and then onto the ground, keeping one step ahead of Revy's bullets.

Canaan then turned to Revy, Beretta Px4 Storm pistol raised. Canaan saw, as though in slow motion, Revy, glowing with the blue color of hostile intent in he synesthesia, raise her pistols.

"Time to die, b***h!", Revy yelled.

"For you, that is", Canaan replied, as she fired a single shot, right into Revy's head, killing the mercenary instantly. Revy fell to the floor in a pool of blood.

WINNER: Canaan

Expert's Opinion[]

While Revy was no doubt armed and extremely dangerous, she was still no match for Canaan's superhuman perception gained from the synesthesia. This is on top of the fact that as a former child soldier turned mercenary, Canaan has considerable combat experience.

Battle vs. Bandou (by SPARTAN 119)[]

Bandou walked through the docks of the town of Roanapur, Thailand, having traveled their in search of an arms dealer to get a hold of some heavier firepower. Bandou walked over to several large, unguarded crates of ammunition and weapons. It was almost too easy, and it would same him a lot of cash. Suddenly, a burst of fire flew past his head.

Bandou turned to see Revy pointing her PM-63 at him. Bandou dove for cover behind several crates. Bandou got out his MP5 and fired a burst of fire at Revy, forcing her behind cover, in this case in the form of a car parked on the street.

Bandou fired the M-203 grenade launcher mounted under his MP5, sending a 40mm grenade round at the car Revy hid behind. The car exploded in a ball of fire as Revy ran out of the way of the blast, firing her dual Berettas as she ran, forcing Bandou back into cover.

Suddenly, the gunfire stopped. Bandou looked up to see Revy standing with an M79 grenade launcher at the the ready. Bandou got out his dual Desert Eagles and fired at Revy, causing her to take cover as he ran to another cover, behind a dry-docked fishing boat nearby.

Suddenly, an RPG impacted the boat, blowing a hole in the side of the vessel. Bandou dove out of the way and narrowly avoided the blast, but in the process, he dropped his Desert Eagles.

Revy advanced on him, Beretta's ready. Bandou unclipped his last remaining weapon, an M72 LAW from his back and raised it to his shoulder, taking careful aim and firing a rocket, which hit Revy directly in the chest, the explosion reducing her to a red mist.

Bandou retrieved his weapons and grabbed the crate of illegal arms and drove off in a stolen boat, ready to continue his personal war on the diclonius.

WINNER: Bandou

Expert's Opinion[]

While Revy was a heavily armed, violent individual who thought nothing of killing, she did not have any formal military training. Bandou, on the other hand, is a highly trained Special Assault Team (Japanese equivalent of SWAT) officer. This superior training gave Bandou the edge he needed to win this fight.

Battle vs. Niko Bellic (by BattleGames1)[]

-Prologue - 2008, Liberty City -

"Hey, darlin'. Swing me another swig of that shit!" Roman yelled at the top of his lungs. The Comrades Bar in Broker was always a lively place to be in - and for Roman, the night couldn't get any wilder than it is. The bartender slid a glass of Jack Daniels across the counter, which Roman neatly caught between his fingers. "Hey how you doin' tonight, ladies?" he spoke to the ladies surrounding him. The women giggled and chatted away, some of going insofar as to stroke him. One girl in particular was really interested in him and wanted to chat him up.

Roman took notice of the lady sitting next to him. She had auburn coloured hair wrapped in a ponytail, deep hazel eyes and a skimpy yet simple outfit that was dressed to kill. "Nice to meet you, Mr Roman. My name is Rebecca" she seductively whispers. "Ah, Rebecca. That's a sweet name..." Roman replied as he downed his glass. "Matches that pretty young face too"

"Why thank you, Romeo" Revy replied as she downed a glass of beer "Say, would you like me to get you something special?"

Oh ho, Roman. She winked at ya! Now's your chance to get with her Roman thought. Just then, Niko, dressed in his usual thuggish outfit, walked past. "Yo, Roman! We gotta leave now. Torres is expecting us back in the apartment"

"What now? Not when I'm talking to this beautiful lady over here!" Roman retorted in surprise.

"Time's up, Chink! Leave my brother alone" Niko grunted at Revy, who simply replied by offering him a cocktail.

"C'mon, hotshot. How about a seat?" Revy tried her seductive voice again.

Niko simply responded by giving her the cold shoulder. "Thirty minutes, cousin. Or else I'll drag you out the bar by myself" he sternly said to Roman before storming out the door.

Despite the apparent situation that occurred, Roman and Revy were back to conversing as if nothing happened.

"Pardon my brother. He gets a bit impatient sometimes. Hey lady, can I get a drink on the house?"

"Me too, but without the ice" Revy cryptically noted.

Roman looked puzzled at this order but shrugged it off as if nothing happened.

Outside the bar, Niko was standing on the pavement. He stared up into the full moon, looking at it as if it was a symbol of hope that his life in 'the land of the free' would be made better soon.

He looked back inside the bar. Revy and Roman look like they are having a great time, drinking, chatting and every now and again getting off their asses to go dance or stuff like.

30 minutes passed. "C'mon Roman. We're about to become behind schedule..." Niko muttered to himself. Suddenly the door to the bar opened. Niko was about to smile and then go on a rant but something seemed amiss. A drunken woman came out, blood staining her dress and hands, hands clasped to her face in despair.

"Where's my cousin?" Niko hastily asked the woman.

In a drunken stupor, the lady pointed inside to the dance floor. Niko's eyes widened as he saw the body of his cousin lay still.

"Roman!" Niko yelled out as he dashed inside. Getting past the crowd that was about to gather, he was able to reach the body in time.

"Oh, Roman!" Niko sobbed as he held Roman's warm body close to his "If you are still OK, tell me who did this to you"

Roman, barely holding out his breath, struggled to raise his hand. "OK, if you can't speak. At least point it out to me..."

Roman gasped and groaned in pain as he pointed to an open door on his left, which was still swinging.

"I'll be right back" Niko whispered to Roman. "Someone call 911!" he yelled at the crowd in front of him.

Running through the door, Niko stared down the long alley as a black figure sprinted onto the street. Giving chase, Niko tried to catch up to the villain. Revy and Niko were bolting down the dark street like they were running a race, but eventually, Revy changed direction. Going past some trash cans, Revy furiously knocks them over. Before he knew it, Niko found himself tumbling and twisting onto the pavement. Revy meanwhile just continues bolting down the line, never to be seen again.

That face... it looked familiar... Niko struggled to think. In the blink of an eye, everything for Niko went black.

I knew it... it was that bitch Roman was talking to back at the club. Oh, she's going down for this.

- Main Battle - Roanpur, Thailand, 2012 -

"Alright guys, let's get this payload onto the ship and outta here!" Revy barked out, a hint of sarcasm underlying the voice.

All day long, the Black Lagoon Company have been stacking up and packaging bags of cocaine. Now they just had to load the crates onto the PT boat and then their troubles would be over.

Grunting from the boys indicated to Revy that all seemed to be working fine... Ah, great. These dipshits think they've got all the time in the world...

"We haven't got all day you know!" she screamed at Benny and Dutch.

"Revy... they are just taking their time... take it easy..." Rock cautiously spoke from a distance.

"How would you know, Rock!" Revy continued tirading "You're just standing there with a pen and clipboard in your hand"

Dutch and Benny continue standing put, the big brown box resting on their arms like an elephant. Sweat was dripping down from their faces in torrents under the blazing sun. Even with their strong muscles, the two couldn't seem to do their job without support.

"Hey, if you could stop whining Revy," Dutch yelled through the gnashing of his teeth "Can you... at least... give me and Benny... a hand?"

"Hmph. Fine!" Revy pouted as she ambled over to the crate.

Rock meanwhile, watching the spectacle of Revy 'helping' her comrades, was tallying up the money total.

"OK, so... since we are getting this amount of money per bag and as we move along this happens..." he muttered to himself as the three strongmen hoisted their cargo onto the boat.

Suddenly, Rock could hear a faint screech on the floor. He stopped in his tracks trying to find out where the sound was coming from. "Hello?" Rock called out.

The dockyard cargo area was filled with silence. Rock, anxious to see what was lurking in amongst the boxes, slowly took a couple of steps forward. Before he knew, a burly brown figure was towering over him, wielding something large over his shoulder.

From what Rock could see, this man was not one of the Lagoon's clientele. Sharp blue eyes, a fair complexion, face muzzled with a 5 o'clock shadow... this was someone Rock never saw coming.

"This is... the Black Lagoon, right?" the strange man asked in a thick accent.

Tears of fear were about to form on Rock's eyes. With a menacing figure leaning over him ready to strike, Rock couldn't turn him away.

"Uh..." he stuttered "Y- y- yes... this is the Black Lagoon." Trying to be diplomatic he tried to treat him as if he was a prospective client "How- how- how may I help you sir? Do you need to see someone?"

Niko was stunned and yet disgusted by what he was up against. A shakingly scared business boy? I bet he doesn't have any balls to take me on Niko chuckled to himself. "Do tell me..." Niko sounded more formally menacing "Is there a girl here that goes by the name of Rebecca around here?"

By now, Rock was shaking in his boots like a jackhammer. If the guy means business... Rock shuddered then... he means business

"Uhh... w- w- why do you want to know?" Rock squirmed. His legs now seemed frozen solid.

"I need to do some..." Niko was trying to find the right words to calm the pipsqueak down " with her"

Oh good, this guy must be another client... Rock soon began to calm his nerves, knowing he may be making the right calls here and not scaring away another potential customer. Pointing his finger at the three Lagoon members getting off the PT Boat having loaded the crate of coke on board, Rock said "Uh... she's right there. I'm sorry but we-"

At the drop of a hat, Niko swung his bat and knocked Rock to the floor.

"Thanks" the Serb replied. Putting away the bat against a box, Niko unsheathed his MP5.

"Come on Rock! Let's go!" Revy screamed from inside the PT Boat.

Inside, the smell of nicotine fills the room as Dutch lit himself another cigarette to help him "cool off".

"Gah, and this is why I am the only proper smoker around here..." Revy muttered to herself as she clenched her fist around the hooter.

Giving it one final tug, Revy yelled "Rock! Get the fuck over here and-"

Her cries were cut short when Niko fired his MP5 at the boat. Bullets ricocheted off the exterior just as Revy ducked back in.

"What the fuck was that noise?" Benny yelled as he clambered into the control room.

"Urgh, probably some angry customer..." Dutch exclaimed.

Before they knew it, Revy unsheathed her PM-63 out. "So you wanna play rough eh?"

"OK you bastard. Let's see what you made of!" Revy yelled at the oncoming gunman. Hopping out of the boat like a gazelle, she sprinted across the deck towards the warehouse.

"There you are you little bitch!" Niko yelled as Revy bounced her way past the shots. As Revy fired her gun, Niko too showed a little spring in his step, going out of his way when the bullets seemed to barely miss him.

Ducking behind the wall of the warehouse, Niko loaded himself another magazine into the SMG.

OK, so what do you think that bitch will plan next? Niko tried to formulate a good tactic There's a door right next me, she might be expecting me to go through that...

Suddenly, he had a flash of inspiration. She wants him to make the next fatal mistake, so why not turn the tables?

Inside, Revy had her index curling snugly around the trigger. The shadow of Niko suddenly fluttered by the door. At the same time, it opened.

"Ha! Got you now!" Revy smirked as she fired her PM-63. All she was hitting however, was air.

Confused, Revy walked out onto the open deck. PM-63 still clutched to her hands, she looked in both directions, wondering where her supposed target went.

Honk! Honk! "Revy, when can we go?" Benny called out from the PT Boat.

Cautioning herself forward towards where she can see the boat, Revy called out "Just go on ahead, I'll probably join up later"

Suddenly, Benny yells "Revy! Behind You!"

As Revy turned around, a large wooden bat struck her on the face, sending her flying onto the ground.

At that instant, Dutch revved up the engine. Over the loud roar of the engine, Niko grunted as he continued to swing his bat at the evasive Revy.

The boat continued to speed ahead as Revy got back on her feet. Niko tried to swing at Revy again but the bat misses. In a split-second, whack! Revy gave a whirling kick to the head. Niko managed to stay standing to keep his sense in check but his vision blurred as Revy prepared to deliver a knockout punch. With all his might, Niko swung the bat again, blocking the punch.

Angered by the persistence of her victim, Revy whipped out her PM-63 but not before another swing of the bat knocked it out of her hands. Visibly annoyed, Revy was about to grab her Cutlass pistols just when Niko chops her in the chest and neck. Next thing she knows, she is again on the ground, her arms being stretched and locked behind her back.

The screech of Revy being slowly trodden on by him was enough to make Niko satisfied. Whipping out his MP5, he chuckled "You know, for a beautiful lady, you're not such a bad assassin, trying to kill my brother like that!"

With a stern smile on her face Revy replied "And for a war veteran who knows systema, you're not a bad dancer!" before she kicked Niko in the groin, causing him to stagger back. Rather than continue fighting the bitch in the open, Niko opted to tire her out. Bolting for it, he dropped his MP5 and bat near one of the many used crates.

"Now where did that son of a bitch go?" she muttered to herself, wiping the blood gashing out of her lip.

Looking straight ahead at the mass of crates in front of her, a smirk appeared on Revy's face. "He may be a skilled war veteran, but hell he is stupid" she muttered to herself. She also noticed the discarded MP5 and baseball bat. "Make that really stupid" she added on.

Atop the nearest small box sat Revy's own grenade launcher. Knowing that the weapon might finish off her target quick and clean (with enough time for her to catch her crew), she happily grasped it - not before tucking away her Berettas of course.

Deep in the labyrinth, Niko cautiously sneaked his way down the paths, hoping to find an exit from which he can escape. Glock clutched firmly in his hand, Niko firmly hugged the corner of a yellow crate. At the sight of a dead end upon looking to the left, he mumbled "Ah fuck!"

Hearing footsteps, Niko dashed off to his right, hopefully thinking that he might ambush Revy. Revy meanwhile walked into view. Seeing a glimpse of Niko's sole, Revy knew exactly what to do next. "There you are you little fuck!" she yelled as she fired a grenade. The explosion was enough to make Niko lose his balance, but not enough to actually make him trip. Staggering along towards another junction in the maze, Niko turned around just as another flash of yellow and red blaster out. Taking out a M67 grenade from his pocket, he lobbed it up and over a tall set of covered boxes.

As Revy made her way through the maze, she saw a small green object land by her feet. Instantly recognising it as a grenade, Revy made a rather ambitious leap and clinged onto the top of a blue crate. WIth seconds ticking away, Revy hoisted herself onto the top but the blast from the grenade was enough to make Revy stumble and fall. "Ouch!" Revy silently yelled.

"Ah, there you are!" Niko chuckled as he took the pin out of another grenade. Instead of lobbing it though, he decides it's best to cook the grenade so as to give Revy a nasty surprise.

Revy, in all her might, struggled to stand tall. Again trying to discern Niko's location, she scanned her surroundings.

Hmmm... you are one tough act to follow. And your brother was easy pickins Revy mused to herself before seeing another grenade being tossed into the air. Revy sprinted in the other direction as fast as she could, ultimately revealing herself to Niko's point of view. Niko fired off shots from his Glock in Revy's direction but missed. Revy turned about face and unsheathed her Cutlasses. With a fury releasing itself within her, Revy simultaneously fired the Berettas. Oh shit Niko gaped in awe. He turned around to try to get away but was too slow on the ball - Revy's bullets hit Niko in both feet.

Niko stumbled to the ground groaning in extreme pain, hand pressed against the crates for support. Within moments, however, Niko reached yet another dead end. Angered by this showy business, Niko turned back to find Revy ready to fire her Beretta. "Oh you think you're so tough now, huh?" Niko grunted; and with that, he charged as fast as he could into Revy, fist clenched very tightly. Without time to shoot, Revy sidestepped and dodged the attack. Niko then swung his fists round this time to deliver an uppercut. Revy this time is hit and knocked to the ground, dropping one of her pistols, but before she could be bashed by another one of Niko's punches... smack! In an instant, Revy rolled out of the way, unsheathed her remaining pistol and bashed Niko to the ground with it.

Now the tables have turned and Niko lays on the ground, face now scarred thanks to the whipping.

"Hmph. I guess you too are easy pickings." Revy spoke coolly. Looking at her fingernails, she continued "You know, the loansharks did give me a nice pay for murdering your brother discreetly. I suppose they won't mind if they have your head too. Pegorino is really mad..."

"Shut up!" Niko screamed at the top of his voice "Just shut up! You selfish bastard, you only did it for money and yet you don't give a fuck!"

Revy continued to look indifferent towards Niko. This guy's started to sound like an arrogant prick

"Go to hell, you bitch!" Niko yelled again.

"Whatever..." Revy muttered before pulling the trigger and ending the gangster's life.

When all the smoke clears, Revy looks at the mangled body and chuckles "Well, you first, my man" and with that, she walked down the path she came to head out of the maze.

Winner: Revy

Expert's Opinion[]

In a landslide of votes, Revy won this match for a very good reason - although Niko had the better SMG and melee weapon as well as combat experience, these weren't enough to cancel out Revy's unparalled skill in dodging bullets and handling her guns almost with beauty and precision (in other words, her ambidextrousness) as well as the X-Factors in agility and brutality. If you find this match unfair in any way, shape or form, you can go ahead and do a rematch.

Battle vs. Spike Spiegel (by Undead RVD)[]

Revy is lounging around in an old bar, throwing darts at a dart board. The patients and owners have run off. A half empty bottle of whiskey and a half empty box of cigarettes sit next to her. Soon, a man walks in. He is dressed in a gray overcoat, a matching fedora, sunglasses and blue suit underneath. His hair is bulging out from the sides of his hat.

Revy sees the man entering and pulls out one of her gun, aiming at the man. She looks him down and thinks there isn't much to worry about. Se re-holsters her gun and continues her game of darts

"Is this bar closed?" the man asks.

"Don't know," Revy replies, "Everyone ran out."

"Mind if I get a drink?"

"Don't care if you grab one."

He grabs a bottle of scotch already on the counter, likely ordered by one of the customers that ran, and a glass next to it. He pours out a glass and sits next to Revy.

"Well, mam, what happened here?"

"I walked into this junk and asked for a drink. Some big dickhole and his dushy friend told me I wasn't wanted here and I should leave. I punched one fuck in eye out and shot the other in the jaw. The rest of them ran off like the pusses they are."

"Shooting someone in the face would scare people pretty fast."

"Are you kidding? These place was filled with a bunch of big biker f--ks! They say they are badasses but they are the biggest pusses around!"

"And you are a real 'badass'?"

"I'm the # 1 Badass around!"

"What is you name, Badass?"

"I like to call myself Revy."

"I've heard the last person that went by that name isn't walking around anymore."

"People keep saying I should be dead! F--K them, though! I know Who I am!"

"You must have one hell of a price on your head."

"One hell of a price! Bunch of f--kers keep trying to take me down but all they get is a bullet in their head!"

"You should still worry. You might get that one person you can't handle."

"Ha! F--k that! No bounty hunter is going to take me..."

Revy gets a funny feeling. The man she has been talking to this whole time doesn't look as safe he did from before. She pulls out one of her "Cutlass" Beretta M92 and points it at the man but finds him pointing a Jericho 941 at her head.

"Who are you, you good looking f--k?" Revy says confidently.

"Does it really matter?"

"You're not to bad for a bounty hunter. I would like to know your name before blowing your brains all over the place."

"You can call me Spike."

"Well, Spike, I'll try leaving a little bit of head left for your brains."

Revy is about to pull the trigger but Spike is able to kick her back a ways and flips back. Revy pulls out her other "Cutlass" and fires at Spike. Spike flips over a table and uses it as cover. They exchange fire. Revy unleashes several rounds while Spike uses his round much more cautiously. They run our of ammo around the same time and reload.

"You sure you want to keep fighting like this?" Spike says.

"What else is there to do?"

"Well, I could take you out to dinner."

"Nah, I prefer shooting at people!"

"Well, it was worth a try."

They continue firing and moving. They soon run out of ammo again and have to reload. However, Spike decides to spice things up. Revy reloads and pops right up from cover but finds the lack of Spike. She hops over her current thing of cover walks over where Spike was, still keeping her guns out. She then hears a gun go off. She fires at the direction but finds it is merely a Beretta 92FS thrown at that direction. She isn't able to see Spike leap out and kick the guns out of her hands.

Revy starts to fight Revy without any guns. She swings out some punches and kicks. They are fast and powerful but they are also sloppy. At least they are to Spike. Spike side steps away from each attack and follows with some classic Jeet Kune Do kicks and punches. Revy is able to block them and retaliates. The fight goes on like this but Spike is able to find a good spot to get her off balanced. She tries doing a roundhouse but Spike is able to flip back and kick her leg, getting her off balanced. He finishes it off by kicking her in the head.

Revy is enraged and starts to swing about even more. However, she is even sloppier and Spike finds many opening to throw in some painful kicks. He is able to kick her in her gut, her chest and her face. She flies back aways and crashes into a table. Spike picks up his Jericho and points it at Revy, who is now beaten and bloody.

"Mother F--ker." Revy grunts.

"Don't worry. It's normal to get your ass kicked by a guy like me."

"Not for me..."

moments later

Spike is lounging around, watching TV while drinking a some scotch. Fey is joining him.

"Well, 100,000 woolong. That should keep us feed."

"No thanks to you guys."

"Hey! I was looking for that bitch too! You were just lucky."

"Sure I was."

Jet enters from checking the computer.

"You should be pretty proud, Spike. You caught who was regarded as one of the most dangerous pirates in history."

"I knew what I was walking into. Besides, she wasn't that bad."

"Hey Guuyyss!" Ed is heard over the intercom. "We got a message from some angry lady!"

Spike and the others walk up to Eds spot and see the person who was on the other line: Revy.

"HEY THERE YOU ASSHOLE!" Revy yells over.

"Nice to see you too." Spike says with some cool.

"You think you took me down! When I get my hand on you, my foot will be so far up your ass, you will die from choking on my foot!"

"And how did you get away from the cops?"

"Not th first time I caught by the fuzz! Remember, my foot up you ass!.... OK, how the hell do I turn this thing off?" The transmition ends.

"What you going to DOOO Spikey?" Ed asks him.

"I took her down once, i can take her down again. I'll just go with the flow..."

Expert's Opinion[]

In an overwhelming victory, Spike came out on top. While Revy was better with the guns, as she is ambidextrous, and far more brutal, Spike was better in one-on-one combat and far more intelligent. He can think on the fly, make up a plan as he goes and use his skills with creative effect. Overall, Spike is the Superior Badass of the World of Anime!

Battle vs. Miyo Takano (by SPARTAN 119)[]

Revy crept through the dark woods near Hinamizawa, Japan, towards a quarry which was actually a hidden weapons cache used by the Yamainu. Revy and the rest of the Lagoon Compay had been hired to steal a sample of a deadly new bioweapon, the Hinamizawa virus. Rock had gotten her into Japan, now it was her turn to burst in, eliminate the guards and steal the bioweapon.

Several Yamainu foot soldiers milled about in the quarry, having no idea what was about to happen. Revy took aim with her M79 grenade launcher from the edge of the forest and fired a 40mm round at a group of three Yamainu, which exploded in the middle of them, killing all three.

"Surprise, motherfuckers!", Revy yelled.

Two more Yamainu ran out of a building concealing a tunnel under the quarry. Revy jumped onto a pile of gravel and slid down, into the quarry itself as she drew her PM-63 and fired a long burst at the Yamainu, killing all three.

As Revy took cover, Miyo Takano walked out of the building. Catching a glimpse of Revy diving behind the pile of gravel, Takano grabbed the RPG-7 off a fallen Yamainu and fired it at the gravel. The rocket exploded, throwing pieces of gravel everywhere.

A ringing filled Revy's ears as the rocket exploded in front of her, but the force of the explosion was focused on the other side of the pile, leaving Revy shaken, but unarmed. Revy abandoned her PM-63 and drew her "Cutlasses".

"You want to fuck with me too, huh!", Revy said, firing a hail of bullets at Takano, who only barely managed to evade, diving under a gigantic front-end loader, before running behind a rock crusher. Takano peeked out from cover and fired her MP5SD at Revy, but only managing the graze her side with a bullet.

"You bitch!", Revy shouted angrily, as she let loose once again with her "Cutlasses", forcing Miyo run into a second, smaller building, formerly a dynamite storage building turned into an armory. Miyo grabbed a Howa Type 64 assault rifle and fired a burst of fire at Revy, but all of the shots missed.

Revy spotted where the shots came from, noticing the orange sign warning of an explosive storage, and smiled darkly. Revy grabbed an RPG-7 off a fallen Yamainu soldier and took aim at the building Takano took cover inside. Revy fired, sending the rocket towards the corrugated aluminum shed. The shed exploded in a flash of fire, sending fragments everywhere, vaporizing Takano in the blast.

Revy walked away from the explosion, towards the main building, in search of the sample she was sent here to steal.

Expert's Opinon[]

Revy won this battle because of her greater combat experience and superior weapon. While Takano may have had superior training, her experience was mostly limited to massacring unarmed civilians, while Revy has engaged in combat with a variety of skilled, heavily armored, and highly dangerous adversaries, such as Roberta.

"Good morning, Citizens of Los Santos ! It's your old friend G.Gordon Godfrey here at the G.Gordon Godfrey's show ! First up today, civil unrest in North Yankton - "

"Turn off the radio, Jimmy ! " Yells Michael, as he sits at the table back in his villa, with Amanda, Tracey and Jimmy next to him. Hours have passed, and he still find it hard to believe that the bald man's method actually works. He is indeed back in Los Santos and inside his home. Miraculously, his family and friends are apparently unaware of his absence. The city hasn't changed much since he left, except several minor differences. Lazlow apparently has been fired from running his talk show, to Michael's delight. And a new restaurant has opened across the street, titled the Kalibak's . Michael doesn't know what the title means, but it seems to be related to exotic South Pacific cuisine according to Tracey. "I'll try it out tomorrow, but right now let me enjoy a moment of peace - " Before he can finish the though, his phone starts ringing. Picking it up, he identifies the familar number of Lester.

Normally, Lester will choose a new number each time he dials. If he uses an old one, then he is either getting high on something, which is unlikely, or in an absolute emergency.

"Shit, Michael, shit hits the fan. I need your help, immediately. I have pissed off someone, pissed them off real good. And now they're sending a hitman to get me. And she's already here in Los Santos. I've already got her information. She's a tough one. I need you to help me through this, either get this bitch killed or get her arrested. It's urgen, make it snappy. Fuck, fuck, fuck .."

"Come on ! I can't even enjoy a day of peace. " Michael yells in frustration as he hangs up. Grabbing up firearms and making some random excuses to his family, he hops onto his vehicle, heading to Lester's place. On his way, he stops by Ammu-Nation and purchases the standard sniper rifle as a backup. Apparently, there has been an adjustment in staff at the gun shop, for the original owner isn't there and the shop is now run by a stumpy man with a monocle. This man speaks with heavy but stereotypical German accent, which Michael finds it hard to understand.

Nevertheless, he arrives at Lester's home in time and finds his friend waiting for him.

"The hitman's name is Rebecca Lee. Half-Chinese, half American. Normally she's only active in South East Asia. But since I pissed off one of her associates their, she's now coming for me. She's only operated abroad for few times, but she made a massive bloody mess in each of those cases. Given her reputation, it is unlikely that we can pay her off. She's arriving here by air under a false identity this afternoon, but I've got her pictures for you. Take her down for me and I'll pay you handsomely. Word of advice - it is likely that she knows what you look like as well. Someone on her side is at least as good as me when it comes to computers, and that's how they managed to pinpoint my location and identity in the first place. I will not be surprised if they have also looked into my close past associates, including you. " Says Lester, as Michael listens attentively.

Outside Los Santos International Airport

"She's calmer than I expected, based on Lester's briefing. " Michael contemplates, as he silently follows the taxi. There are way too many people at the airport, so he isn't able to open fire. But now, they are out of the airport, and the target's on the taxi, alone. It is the perfect time to strike. Swiftly retrieving his pistol, Michael opens the side window of his car and takes aim.

Since Revy is at the front and therefore shadowed by the seat, Michael decides to disable the vehicle. With his aiming skills, he easily lands a quick shot one of the wheels, sending the car into a sudden brake. The taxi driver exits, but Michael instantly puts him out of commission with a shot to the chest. Hardly has Michael exited his car when Revy bursts out of the taxi, two pistols in hands.

Cursing profusely, she retaliates by firing at Michael's vehicle. The sheer speed and accuracy of her actions manage to land a hit on Michael's chest before he ducks aside beneath the driving wheel. The bullet doesn't hurt him, thanks to his bullet-proof vest. Coming to realizing that his single pistol is no match for Revy's duo in terms of firepower, Michael picks up the TEC-9 hidden under the seat. Grabbing up the golf pack in which his other weapons are hiding, Michael quickly jumps out of the car when the sound of magazine dropping emerges.

Jumping out of the car, Michael activates his secret trick. As he speeds into a nearby alley, he fires the TEC-9 at Revy. Despite the fact that she is supposedly moving in slow motion, Revy operates at the normal speed of an experienced gunman from Michael's perspective, and the bullets only scratch Revy's left shoulder, leaving a bloody but small wound. This action further enrages Revy, as she fiercely grabs up the PM63 from her own package and retaliates.

Revy roars furiously as she gives chase, completely ignoring the injury on her shoulder. Sensing the ferocity of his enemy, Michael formulates a plan. He knows this area better than Revy. And since outrunning this lady is an arduous task, why not use the environment to his advantage ?

At a turning point, Michael turns left, and when Revy arrives seconds later, she finds no one in the alley nearby. Confused, a sharp pain strikes her back, and she finds Michael standing on the top of the convenient store nearby, stun gun in hand. Dropping her submachinegun, Revy groans as she rapidly adjusts for balance, while Michael hops down, aiming the TEC-9 at her.

"You're good. But you ain't smart. " Michael comments, as he kicks the PM63 away from Revy.

"I might not be smart, but I've been through worse ! " Shouts Revy, suddenly, as she delivers a hard punch onto Michael's jaws, sending the middle-aged man flying backwards.

"Are you even human ? " Michael yells, as he escapes hastily, with Revy chasing him like a cheetah. Kicking open a random backdoor nearby, Michael breaks into the backstage of a strip shop.

"Granny, what should we do ? "

"Just sit back and watch, Lashina. It is not yet the time for the Fury to intervene. Doing so is not in line with what our lord is hoping to achieve. "

Michael overhears the conversation between the owner and a stripper as he rushes in. The owner is an old hag, but her voice is eeriely manly. Michael doesn't spend much time thinking about it, though, since he is still being chased.

Hustling her way through the strip shop and exiting from the front door, Revy is greeted by a large parking lot. Michael couldn't have run too far away, and it is likely that he is using one of the cars as a shield to hide from her. Determined to finish off Michael before he gets away once again, Revy switches to her assault rifle and opens fire, shattering the windows of several vehicles instantly.

"Shit." Michael mutters, as he slips himself beneath a jeep nearby. Bullets from Revy's rifle tears through the smaller vehicle behind which he has been hiding for some time. The woman has been unflinching. But Michael still has a plan. Retrieving his rifle, Michael returns fire. With careful aiming, the bullet hits the oil tank of another vehicle, causing it to explode.

Noticing the explosion, Revy turns to firing at the source of it and catches sight of Michael rushing away towards another direction. Revy chuckles at the scene, and gives chase as usual, while Michael returns fire while activating his special power. Having realized that because of Revy's physical superiority, the effect of his power will not significantly slow down her movement. Therefore, this time, Michael uses his ability as a mean to narrowly dodge Revy's bullets while aiming at something a bit more static. With careful manipulation, he hits the oil tanks of several more vehicles, creating a couple of explosions as he escape.

"I have seen you ! There's no point in blowing up these cars ! " Revy shouts.

Michael, however, simply smiles as he focues on fleeing. He is not doing it to catch Revy's attention. Instead, he is doing it to make a mess to attract the police, who, according to his own experience, has been keen on appearing at the scenes of such explosions. And he is right. It doesn't take very long for the nearest police station and officers on patrol to notice the event and make their move.

Recklessly pulling over at the parking lot, the officers exit their cars and raise their weapons at the woman rampaging through the lot, barking out orders and threats at her. Revy, being the girl she's always been, does not take such things kindly.

Temporarily giving up the chase of Michael, Revy returns to firing at the officers, easily massacring dozens of them. More soon arrive on their motorcycles or in their cars. They come from multiple directions, quickly encircling the area around the parking lot. As this happens, Michael, who has exited the lot and entered shortcut to the main road, blends into the fleeing pedestrians.

Rifle in hands, Revy jumps ferociously around the lot, dodging incoming bullets and projectiles as she retaliates, hitting several officers on the head and the oil tank of a police car, which subsequently leads to a massive explosion. The debris tears through two officers on motorcycles, which crash into yet another police car, forcing it to block the road. An armored vehicle pulls over behind it and several officers in tactical suits burst out. Dashing behind available shelters, they return fire at Revy. Two of them aren't fast enough and bite the dust swiftly, but most mange to secure a safe position and begin engaging her.

In the midst of the bloodbath, an odd feeling suddenly overwhelms Revy, as if someone is watching her from afar. Alerted by the hunch, she temporarily ceases firing and observes.

Then, right on the top of a triple floor building nearby , she spots Michael De Santa, holding a sniper rifle. Hastily, she reaches for her Remington in her pack, but she isn't fast enough this time, for Michael has caught her off guard. A bullet from the AW-F pierces Revy's forehead, and seconds later another one punctures her heart.

Expert's opinion[]

Despite Revy's superior physicality, Michael is packed with better long range weapons and home field advantage. Michael is also significantly calmer, more intelligent, and less brash. This means it will be easier for Revy to be distracted in the battle environment, while Michael can make use of the environment actively to win the fight.
