Panty and Stocking Anarchy are two angle sister who were kicked out of heaven for misbehaviour and are forced to protect the fictional Daten City from ghosts and demons so that they one day can get enough Heaven Coins to get back into heaven.
Panty is the older of the two and seems to (really) enjoy having sex and has her own personal goal of having sex whit one thousand men during her stay on Earth. Panty is able to transform her panties into a pistol called Backlace. When duel-wielding Blacklace (thanks to Stocking giving Panty her panties) she is able to transform Backlace into an SMG and a sniper rifle. It's implied by Panty's comment in regards to using Brief's underwear as a weapon, "It's just a two-pump chump", that Backlace's ammo is related to the orgasms of the owner of the undergarment. Which would make sense when using regular panties since women have no real orgasm limit.
Stocking is the younger of the two sisters and, unlike Panty, takes her job as ghost hunter more serious. She really enjoys eating sweets, especially cake. Stocking is able to transform her stockings into katanas called Stripes I and Stripes II, but only duel-wields them against tougher enemies.
Being angels both possess the power of flight. Panty and Stocking's weapons can only harm spiritual beings, such as other angels, demons, and ghosts. They also have a giant weapon that fires off a giant laser. When shot into the sky, it summons their mother, Justice.

While this was close, Date won becease of his demonic abilities and more expiriance due to an wider variety of enimies he had to fight. The experts also pointed out that while skilled, Panty And Stocking tend to be clumsy sometimes and don't always work well together.
