Some of the first MTFs (Mobile Task Forces), such as Epsilon-11, were commissioned to advance against the increasing number of contained anomalous objects across the Foundation.
— Excerpt from Lockdown Procedures

Mobile Task Force (MTF) Epsilon-11, nicknamed Nine-Tailed Fox, is a paramilitary unit featured on the SCP Wiki. Epsilon-11 handles the internal security of the SCP Foundation under the oversight of MTF Alpha-1, which serves as the special operations unit of the O5 Council, the ruling body of the Foundation. They are a special ops force deployed to Foundation Sites when standard protocols fail and multiple breaches are imminent. As such, most of their operations are classified.

After lockdowns became part of official standard regulation in 1931, the Foundation made strides to re-integrate more secure and dependable methods of repressing internal stability, leading to the creation of the first MTFs, including Epsilon-11. Since its creation, the MTF has aided in the containment and recontainment of numerous SCPs, including SCP-2139, SCP-4511, and SCP-5018.

Epsilon-11 is to be deployed during breach codes Blue (the escape of a sentient object below human intelligence capable of movement), Superblue (the escape of a sentient object equal or above human intelligence also capable of movement), and Black (the breach of an anomaly that can't be terminated with the means available at time of breach).

6 UBCS Soldiers arrive on foot to a seemingly abandoned town. They have been sent there to perform an anti-B.O.W. operation. Not far from there, a helicopter drops off a squad of 6 Mobile Task Force operators. They have been deployed to counteract a raid performed by a hostile Group of Interest on a nearby site. The two groups then meet at an intersection.

One of the Mobile Task Force operators, believing the UBCS soldiers to be the aforementioned hostiles, fires his Crossvec at one of them. The burst of bullets hit a UBCS soldier in the chest and as he falls to the ground, everyone scatters whilst exchanging fire. As the UBCS soldier lies injured on the ground, another MTF operative passing by finishes him off with his COM-18.

UBCS: RedRedRedRedRed

A UBCS soldier takes cover behind a dumpster with his M4 Carbine ready. He has it set to AUTO mode because he wants to quickly finish off his enemy. An unsuspecting MTF operator then approaches the area. This prompts the UBCS soldier to jump out of his hiding spot and ambush the operator. The hail of fully automatic gunfire in close quarters instantly kills the operator.

MTF: BlueBlueBlueBlueBlue

In another part of town, two UBCS soldiers are firing their Submachine Guns at an MTF operator taking cover behind some debris. But due to both of them firing at the same time, they eventually need to reload at the same time too. This gives the MTF operator an opportunity to take them out one-by-one with his MTF-E11-SR.

Meanwhile, the MTF operator that started the fight finds himself alone in an alleyway. He encounters a UBCS soldier and fires at him with his Crossvec. The UBCS soldier nearly dodges the bullets by diving behind a corner. The fast fire rate of the weapon causes it to run out of ammunition quickly and the closed bolt locks open. While he is trying to reload his gun, the UBCS soldier shoots him dead with his Submachine Gun and runs to join the rest of his squad.

Now, all that is left of the UBCS squad, The UBCS Squad Leader and his last two men, plan to escape this town and exfiltrate immediately. Just as they're about to make their move, the remainders of the MTF squad ambush them. A UBCS soldier is gunned down while the rest start running. A stray shot hits a building causing some small pieces of debris to fall on the MTF operators but because they're wearing helmets, they are unfazed. The same couldn't be said for the last UBCS soldier who is shot in the head with a 5.56 round. This leaves the UBCS squad leader as the last survivor. He is injured and takes cover behind a ruined building.

UBCS: Red

The UBCS squad leader knows he has to make his last stand so he takes out his Merc's Handgun and aims it at the corner. An MTF operator runs around and is shot in his face. Then the MTF Captain appears too but his shot in the torso where he is protected by kevlar. He then guns down the UBCS squad leader with his MTF-E11-SR.

UBCS: X

The Mobile Task Force Captain then uses his radio to contact command to inform them that they may need backup if they're going to raid the site.

Expert's Opinion[]

Epsilon-11 won because they had better equipment and were furthermore better trained compared to the UBCS.
