Battle vs. Revy (by Battlefan237)[]

Michael's villa, Los Santos

"Good morning, Citizens of Los Santos ! It's your old friend G.Gordon Godfrey here at the G.Gordon Godfrey's show ! First up today, civil unrest in North Yankton - "

"Turn off the radio, Jimmy ! " Yells Michael, as he sits at the table back in his villa, with Amanda, Tracey and Jimmy next to him. Hours have passed, and he still find it hard to believe that the bald man's method actually works. He is indeed back in Los Santos and inside his home. Miraculously, his family and friends are apparently unaware of his absence. The city hasn't changed much since he left, except several minor differences. Lazlow apparently has been fired from running his talk show, to Michael's delight. And a new restaurant has opened across the street, titled the Kalibak's . Michael doesn't know what the title means, but it seems to be related to exotic South Pacific cuisine according to Tracey. "I'll try it out tomorrow, but right now let me enjoy a moment of peace - " Before he can finish the though, his phone starts ringing. Picking it up, he identifies the familar number of Lester.

Normally, Lester will choose a new number each time he dials. If he uses an old one, then he is either getting high on something, which is unlikely, or in an absolute emergency.

"Shit, Michael, shit hits the fan. I need your help, immediately. I have pissed off someone, pissed them off real good. And now they're sending a hitman to get me. And she's already here in Los Santos. I've already got her information. She's a tough one. I need you to help me through this, either get this bitch killed or get her arrested. It's urgen, make it snappy. Fuck, fuck, fuck .."

"Come on ! I can't even enjoy a day of peace. " Michael yells in frustration as he hangs up. Grabbing up firearms and making some random excuses to his family, he hops onto his vehicle, heading to Lester's place. On his way, he stops by Ammu-Nation and purchases the standard sniper rifle as a backup. Apparently, there has been an adjustment in staff at the gun shop, for the original owner isn't there and the shop is now run by a stumpy man with a monocle. This man speaks with heavy but stereotypical German accent, which Michael finds it hard to understand.

Nevertheless, he arrives at Lester's home in time and finds his friend waiting for him.

"The hitman's name is Rebecca Lee. Half-Chinese, half American. Normally she's only active in South East Asia. But since I pissed off one of her associates their, she's now coming for me. She's only operated abroad for few times, but she made a massive bloody mess in each of those cases. Given her reputation, it is unlikely that we can pay her off. She's arriving here by air under a false identity this afternoon, but I've got her pictures for you. Take her down for me and I'll pay you handsomely. Word of advice - it is likely that she knows what you look like as well. Someone on her side is at least as good as me when it comes to computers, and that's how they managed to pinpoint my location and identity in the first place. I will not be surprised if they have also looked into my close past associates, including you. " Says Lester, as Michael listens attentively.

Outside Los Santos International Airport

"She's calmer than I expected, based on Lester's briefing. " Michael contemplates, as he silently follows the taxi. There are way too many people at the airport, so he isn't able to open fire. But now, they are out of the airport, and the target's on the taxi, alone. It is the perfect time to strike. Swiftly retrieving his pistol, Michael opens the side window of his car and takes aim.

Since Revy is at the front and therefore shadowed by the seat, Michael decides to disable the vehicle. With his aiming skills, he easily lands a quick shot one of the wheels, sending the car into a sudden brake. The taxi driver exits, but Michael instantly puts him out of commission with a shot to the chest. Hardly has Michael exited his car when Revy bursts out of the taxi, two pistols in hands.

Cursing profusely, she retaliates by firing at Michael's vehicle. The sheer speed and accuracy of her actions manage to land a hit on Michael's chest before he ducks aside beneath the driving wheel. The bullet doesn't hurt him, thanks to his bullet-proof vest. Coming to realizing that his single pistol is no match for Revy's duo in terms of firepower, Michael picks up the TEC-9 hidden under the seat. Grabbing up the golf pack in which his other weapons are hiding, Michael quickly jumps out of the car when the sound of magazine dropping emerges.

Jumping out of the car, Michael activates his secret trick. As he speeds into a nearby alley, he fires the TEC-9 at Revy. Despite the fact that she is supposedly moving in slow motion, Revy operates at the normal speed of an experienced gunman from Michael's perspective, and the bullets only scratch Revy's left shoulder, leaving a bloody but small wound. This action further enrages Revy, as she fiercely grabs up the PM63 from her own package and retaliates.

Revy roars furiously as she gives chase, completely ignoring the injury on her shoulder. Sensing the ferocity of his enemy, Michael formulates a plan. He knows this area better than Revy. And since outrunning this lady is an arduous task, why not use the environment to his advantage ?

At a turning point, Michael turns left, and when Revy arrives seconds later, she finds no one in the alley nearby. Confused, a sharp pain strikes her back, and she finds Michael standing on the top of the convenient store nearby, stun gun in hand. Dropping her submachinegun, Revy groans as she rapidly adjusts for balance, while Michael hops down, aiming the TEC-9 at her.

"You're good. But you ain't smart. " Michael comments, as he kicks the PM63 away from Revy.

"I might not be smart, but I've been through worse ! " Shouts Revy, suddenly, as she delivers a hard punch onto Michael's jaws, sending the middle-aged man flying backwards.

"Are you even human ? " Michael yells, as he escapes hastily, with Revy chasing him like a cheetah. Kicking open a random backdoor nearby, Michael breaks into the backstage of a strip shop.

"Granny, what should we do ? "

"Just sit back and watch, Lashina. It is not yet the time for the Fury to intervene. Doing so is not in line with what our lord is hoping to achieve. "

Michael overhears the conversation between the owner and a stripper as he rushes in. The owner is an old hag, but her voice is eeriely manly. Michael doesn't spend much time thinking about it, though, since he is still being chased.

Hustling her way through the strip shop and exiting from the front door, Revy is greeted by a large parking lot. Michael couldn't have run too far away, and it is likely that he is using one of the cars as a shield to hide from her. Determined to finish off Michael before he gets away once again, Revy switches to her assault rifle and opens fire, shattering the windows of several vehicles instantly.

"Shit." Michael mutters, as he slips himself beneath a jeep nearby. Bullets from Revy's rifle tears through the smaller vehicle behind which he has been hiding for some time. The woman has been unflinching. But Michael still has a plan. Retrieving his rifle, Michael returns fire. With careful aiming, the bullet hits the oil tank of another vehicle, causing it to explode.

Noticing the explosion, Revy turns to firing at the source of it and catches sight of Michael rushing away towards another direction. Revy chuckles at the scene, and gives chase as usual, while Michael returns fire while activating his special power. Having realized that because of Revy's physical superiority, the effect of his power will not significantly slow down her movement. Therefore, this time, Michael uses his ability as a mean to narrowly dodge Revy's bullets while aiming at something a bit more static. With careful manipulation, he hits the oil tanks of several more vehicles, creating a couple of explosions as he escape.

"I have seen you ! There's no point in blowing up these cars ! " Revy shouts.

Michael, however, simply smiles as he focues on fleeing. He is not doing it to catch Revy's attention. Instead, he is doing it to make a mess to attract the police, who, according to his own experience, has been keen on appearing at the scenes of such explosions. And he is right. It doesn't take very long for the nearest police station and officers on patrol to notice the event and make their move.

Recklessly pulling over at the parking lot, the officers exit their cars and raise their weapons at the woman rampaging through the lot, barking out orders and threats at her. Revy, being the girl she's always been, does not take such things kindly.

Temporarily giving up the chase of Michael, Revy returns to firing at the officers, easily massacring dozens of them. More soon arrive on their motorcycles or in their cars. They come from multiple directions, quickly encircling the area around the parking lot. As this happens, Michael, who has exited the lot and entered shortcut to the main road, blends into the fleeing pedestrians.

Rifle in hands, Revy jumps ferociously around the lot, dodging incoming bullets and projectiles as she retaliates, hitting several officers on the head and the oil tank of a police car, which subsequently leads to a massive explosion. The debris tears through two officers on motorcycles, which crash into yet another police car, forcing it to block the road. An armored vehicle pulls over behind it and several officers in tactical suits burst out. Dashing behind available shelters, they return fire at Revy. Two of them aren't fast enough and bite the dust swiftly, but most mange to secure a safe position and begin engaging her.

In the midst of the bloodbath, an odd feeling suddenly overwhelms Revy, as if someone is watching her from afar. Alerted by the hunch, she temporarily ceases firing and observes.

Then, right on the top of a triple floor building nearby , she spots Michael De Santa, holding a sniper rifle. Hastily, she reaches for her Remington in her pack, but she isn't fast enough this time, for Michael has caught her off guard. A bullet from the AW-F pierces Revy's forehead, and seconds later another one punctures her heart.

Expert's opinion[]

Despite Revy's superior physicality, Michael is packed with better long range weapons and home field advantage. Michael is also significantly calmer, more intelligent and less brash. This means it will be easier for Revy to be distracted in the battle environment, while Michael can make use of the environment actively to win the fight.
