The Lemoyne Raiders are a ragtag group of Confederate military veterans and reactionary young criminals operating in Lemoyne. Originally composed of neo-Confederates, the Raiders quickly took to crime and became outlaws. The group organized into a loose militia, committing crimes such as robbery, murder, and arms dealing to fund their more hate-filled activities on the local populations of Lemoyne.
Over time, the Lemoyne Raiders became involved in the conflict between the Braithwaites and the Grays when they begin targeting the Van der Linde Gang, another gang of outlaws seeking to profit from both sides. As business partners to the Braithwaites, the Lemoynes act as their muscle. The more experienced and talented Van der Linde gang easily dispatch the many ambush attempts the Lemoynes send after them, with Arthur Morgan personally taking care of two important leaders in the militia, Lindsay Wofford and Camille de Millemont. Left mostly ruined once the Van der Linde business concludes, the Lemoynes flee to Texas.
