Freakazoid, real name Dexter Douglas, is the protagonist of the cartoon of the same name. Dexter gained his abilities from a computer bug that was accidentally triggered by his cat, after which he was sucked into his computer and instantly gained all the knowledge of the internet along with superhuman physicality and a host of other powers that are usually only used once, such as telepathy and the ability to take on an electric form.
In order to change into Freakazoid, Dexter has to yell "freak out" and "freak in" to change into Freakazoid and back into Dexter respectively. When not in use, Freakazoid occupies a part of Dexter's brain known as the Freakazone. It is worth noting that Dexter and Freakazoid are two different personalities, though their opinion on if they are independent of each other or part of the same whole tends to be inconsistent.
Despite his superpowers, Freakazoid is rather dimwitted and easily distracted, often stopping mid-fight to gawk at whatever caught his attention. He also once explained to one of his enemies, Armando Guitierrez, that he can be imprisoned in a cage with graphite bars charged with negative ions.
