Kenpachi Zaraki vs. Wolverine: Kenpachi is a shinigami, meaning that he is invisible to anyone who can't see ghosts or without soul-related powers. Even if Wolverine could somehow detect Kenpachi with his animal senses, it wouldn't be enough to fight effectively against someone much stronger and more mobile than he is.
Jonah Hex vs. Kenshin Himura: Kenshin has his weapons from when he was Battousai the Manslayer, but uses techniques he learned only after he abandoned that persona. Additionally, Kenshin is superhumanly fast, to the point that he can dodge gunfire from a gatling gun and keep up with someone so fast that he could turn invisible by movement alone. Basically, Kenshin blitzes and stomps.
The Flash vs. Monkey D. Luffy: Luffy's speed is inconsistent, but he often has trouble dealing with enemies that move and attack like blurs or travel at sonic speeds. Barry can leave the speed of sound in the dust effortlessly.
Etrigan vs. Edward Elric: Etrigan is capable of physically keeping up with Superman and more of DC's heavy hitters. Edward is utterly outclassed.
Hellboy vs. Inuyasha: Inuyasha can slay dozens of demons in a single swing of his blade and has techniques that tear up the landscape, in addition to a stronger healing factor and superhuman speed. Hellboy from the movies is far behind physically and his weaponry is designed to combat Abrahamic demons, which Inuyasha isn't.
The Human Torch vs. Mizore Shirayuki: Mizore has impressive ice powers, but Johnny Storm can fly and is a living flamethrower. Ice versus fire should have an obvious outcome.
Black Label Organization vs. Werewolf by Night: Jack's healing factor is powerful enough for him to recover from having his head blown off in a short time. The BLO isn't familiar with creatures like Jack, they have no way to incapacitate Jack for long, Jack recovering from mortal wounds will give him the element of surprise, and Jack's animal senses will prevent them from escaping without him inevitably tracking them down. The BLO has no way to win.

Support (THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I OPPOSED SOMEBODY SO PLEASE HAVE MERCY XD) Jonah Hex vs Kenshin Himura: Jonah Hex is pretty fast too. We're talking about a gunslinger here who can move like a blur and cut a bullet after it has been fired from a pistol, as well as dodge point blank automatic gunfire.
