Since I am employed, I will...try my best... In everything I do, I do my best, that's my principle...
— Fūma Kotarō

Fūma Kotarō, also known as Kazama Kotarō, nicknamed Evil-Wind, is a Servant from the Fate franchise, first appearing in the mobile game Fate/Grand Order. He is the fifth head of the Fūma clan to take the name Fūma Kotarō and one of the most infamous shinobi to have ever lived. He is based on the real life shinobi of the same name.

Little is known of Fūma Kotarō's life other than that he is descendant from an oni and an European, and the product of a Fūma breeding program to create the ultimate shinobi. During the Warring States Peroid he served Hōjō Ujitsuna and cemented Hōjō rule over the Kato region. Even after the establishment of the Tokugawa shogunate, Kotarō continued his activities and earned wide spread infamy.

Having accomplished great feats in life, Kotarō's essence ascended to the Throne of Heroes after his death and became a Heroic Spirit. He was one of the Servants summoned by Ritsuka Fujimaru to assist Chaldea in the Grand Orders and was summoned by a female Master in the Moon Holy Grail War, though they were both killed by Dan Blackmore and Robin Hood.
