Evil Cole is one of the playable characters in the crossover fighting game Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale based on the protagonist of Infamous and Infamous 2. Unlike his good counterpart, Evil Cole uses his abilities to further his own power instead of helping others and believes Conduits are superior to normal humans.
With the Beast approaching the city of New Marais, Cole is determined to retain his posistion as the strongest Conduit by adding other Conduits' powers to his own. At somepoint, Cole learned of a gathering of special people. Believing they might be Conduits, Cole set out to defeat them and steal their powers.
In Evil Cole's campaign, he encountered the Fat Princess, who demanded that he surrenders his cake. When Cole told Fat Princess he isn't the type to surrender, she ordered her guards to attack. Cole made short work of them, but was shortly after faced by Polygon Man, who was the true master mind behind the gathering.
Having defeated all who opposed him and absorbed Polygon Man's power, Cole returned to New Marais. Musing on the power Conduits posses, Cole stated that while the power itself isn't dangerous, he is and proudly shows off his new abilities.
