The Dac Cong is Vietnam's naval commando force comprised of several hundred members. Established on March 19, 1967, Dac Cong's main objective was to eliminate MACV-SOG members still operating in Vietnam after the conflict and destroy foreign military outposts. Currently, Dac Cong is operating as Vietnam's anti-terrorism force and urban defense force. The group is subordinate to the Vietnam People's Army and focus on counter-terrorism, sabotage, and reconnaissance.

Five Dac Cong specialists patrol the crowded the streets of Ho Chi Minh City. They have received orders to prevent and protect Vietnamese citizens from a rumored airborne attack. A plane flies above and five Special Forces Group members jump out and soar towards their target. Simultaneously, all five airborne troops deploy their parachutes. The grounded Dac Cong see the Japanese paratroopers head toward the city. They order all citizens to flee and find cover. Civilians are running all across town, screaming in terror. The squad leader of the Dac Cong order his men to fire their weapons at the Special Forces Group attackers. A round from the squad leader's AK-74 carves through a paratrooper's neck. Blue The Group members return fire before they land. The leader of the paratroopers is the first to remove his pack holding the parachute and fires his Howa Type 89. He strikes a Dac Cong specialist. Grey The other paratroopers land and jump for cover. Two Dac Cong members rush forward, both firing PP-19 Bizons. Several Japanese soldiers pop up from cover and fire their Minebea PM-9s at them. One Vietnamese charger is killed. Grey But his comrade is able to mortally wound one of the enemy. The wounded soldier screams in agony. A Dac Cong member finishes him off with his CZ-52. Blue The Vietnamese squad leader order for his troops to move forward as he provides covering fire. The Japanese squad leader carries out the same order. The chargers meet head on and bullets fly everywhere. One Dac Cong charger is struck in the neck but fires his AK-74 as he falls. Grey He is able to neutralize a Special Forces Group member. Blue The Dac Cong squad leader begins to charge forward with his CZ-52. The Japanese squad leader fires his USP-9 at the Dac Cong leader but misses. However, he ends up killing his subordinate. Grey The Dac Cong squad leader is outraged and charges at a Special Forces Group member, kicks him over and fires three rounds into him. Blue He then turns and fires the remaining rounds at the enemy squad leader. He is out of ammo and ducks for cover as the remaining Group member fires his sidearm. He crouches back to reload. The Dac Cong leader charges at his nemesis and performs Việt-Võ-Đạo. He punches his enemy in the chest and kicks him back. However, the Japanese squad leader is trained in Judo and sweeps the leg of the Dac Cong member. He falls over and the Judo specialist wraps his leg around the neck of the Vietnamese squad leader. He begins to lose consciousness but he throws his head back to "headbutt" the Japanese soldier's groin. He lets go and then the Việt-Võ-Đạo specialist grabs the Group squad leader and makes him stand upright. The Vietnamese soldier shouts, "Dứng lên!" (Stand up!) The Japanese soldier is dazed and his assailant jumps up and performs a scissor-king, snapping the neck of his victim. Blue

The experts believed that Dac Cong won due to being more experienced, having taken down American spec ops operating in Vietnam. As a result, their superior training won them the day.

5 Dac Cong troops are heading into a tall building. Approximately 40 yards away, 5 Israeli Commandos enter the back door. 3 Dac Cong troops patrol the floor and 2 patrol the higher floors. The 5 commandos see the Vietnamese soldiers and open fire. In the firefight, 1 Dac Cong soldier is hit by a TAR-21 shot. Dac Cong- 4. The 2 remaining commandos call for backup. 5 seconds after the call, 1 commando is killed by an AK-74 shot. Commandos-4. The backup arrives with 1 infantry man and 1 sniper. The commando sniper quickly picks off the Vietnamese sniper. Dac Cong- 3. 1 Commando calls for a MATADOR and stalls the Vietnamese. He soon gets his weapon and kills 2 Vietnamese men.Dac Cong-1. The last Dac Cong man runs to higher ground. He kills a charging Israeli with his pistol. Commandos- 3.Another commando hears the death and runs upstairs. The Vietnamese man comes up from behind, holds his mouth and shoots his throat. Commandos- 2. Suspicious after 1 minute, the Commandos come upstairs. They see the Dac Cong man running and open fire. All shots miss. The 2 commandos split up. 1 goes back downstairs to check the dead bodies for intel, while the other chases after the Dac Cong soldier. Out of nowhere, the Dac Cong man throws a knee kick at the Commando. It lands and then a palm strikes breaks his nose. The Commando calls for backup. To hold on he smacks the Vietnamese soldier in the temple with his pistol. The Commando steps on the Dac Cong man and then sits on him and continuously pulls his arm. The other commando then comes up and shoots him with his pistol. Dac Cong- 0." I found some intel, let's head back to camp." says the other commando. The 2 then walk off away...

Winner: Israeli Commandos

Meanwhile, five Dac Cong soldiers are watching the approaching helicopter. "Grab your gear." As the SAS soldiers begin to rappel down, the Dac Cong open fire with their weapons. A Dac Cong aims his AK-74 and hits an SAS soldier. The Briton then falls to his death.
