Electrokinetics are warriors who possess the power to exclusively, or predominantly to the point of exclusion in practice if not name, manipulate, control, or create electricity/lightning for battle. For example, Ryuji Sakamoto counts due to his Persona's reliance on lightning spells, but Zuko does not count as his lightning redirection is only a minor power.
