Brixton Lore was a former MI6 agent and ally of Deckard Shaw. After countless stints on field missions, Lore began to feel apathetic towards humanity and it's actions; and such a worldview was shared by the technocratic cult Eteon, who approached Lore for recruitment. While Lore was eager to accept, Eteon demanded Shaw as well but the latter refused. As a result, Lore was ordered to kill Shaw but Shaw saw this coming and shot Lore once in the head and twice in the chest. Although Shaw believed this killed Lore, this was not the case as Eteon rescued Lore and implanted him with cybernetic enhancements.
Sometime after this (and after Eteon made Shaw a fugitive), Lore was tasked to stop a MI6 team from retrieving the Eteon-produced virus codenamed "Snowflake". Although he killed most of the MI6 team, their lead agent Hattie Shaw (Deckard's sister) absconded with the virus. Lore's search for Hattie and Snowflake brought him into contact with Deckard and his ally Luke Hobbs. Initially, Lore had the upper hand on the trio both physically and with social engineering (framing them for the attack on the Black Site where Hattie was initially held); but once the fight for Snowflake relocated from London to Samoa, both Hobbs and Shaw were able to use their tag-team effort and family connections to stave off Eteon and Lore's assault. When it was clear to Eteon that the duo had managed to overpower their super-soldier, they activated a kill-switch built into Lore and Lore was deactivated as his body plummeted into the ocean.
