It has been mentioned in the Discord that kinetite has been attributed to Darth Vader. It seems he would technically be able to do this as he cannot channel force energy through his cybernetic limbs without shorting his circuits but kinetite is a ball of kinetic energy, not pure force energy. However, it has also been mentioned in The Rise and Fall of Darth Vader that he was only able to use kinetite due to circumstantial reasons (proximity to the Kaiburr crystal). I stand by my position that this is not an ability he can normally produce or that is normally attributed to him. He doesn't produce the typical variant of force lightning because he can't without nearly killing himself. Kinetite is only similar superficially and it seems to be up to debate whether Vader is even able to use it without a force relic.
